Good system

A Wii's good for just about anyone. Not too much action or excitement (for that you should get an Xbox), but it's fun nonetheless. Works well, and you can play GameCube games on it too. You'd need a GameCube controller for that, of course. There's plenty of games to choose from. Adventure, sports, mini-games, board games, battling, and much more. The Wii (almost) has it all!

i got this for cristmas Last year it was the best cristmas gift iver got! i cocheted it online and got a wii pont card i down loded super mario bros 3 and super mario 64 and a shoter. i Love my wii! its a lot of fun! the mario kirby and Zelda Games are awsome it use it remote well to read ur movie meant in 3D Pace! u can set down and play it u can plug in a gamecube conchroller and play Game cube games on it.sin and punsh mint 2 is a awsome shooter for the wii! it has lots of good games! Nitendo and capcom make a lot of AAA games for it! every one shode have a wii! Nitendo fans Dream! it has awso can do Netfilxs and Has a smoth monvint. Its Grafixs are Way better than PS2. wii is a lot of fun and its a lot of fuN! PS cheak out the wiivewr at youtube he reviews wii games and VC games with his Famly. God bless and Happy gameing!

Its ok if you like kid games

I got a wii and it has some good and bad things. first the sensor bar sucks and all the games are like kid games like mario bros.
The wii is great for younger audiences, family, and people who like to play nintendo wii exclusives, but can attract older audiences cuz of the nintendo exclusives and some violent games. The PERFORMANCE is great, the wii menus are based on motion sensing which is on all games and that the graphics look good on the wii but not spectacular like 360 and PS3 because the system is different from the other two. I watch Netflix on it which makes it a little better and i watch youtube videos on the internet with it. The online is good and free like ps3 when i play goldeneye or Smash Bros Brawl. and the games are great like: Super Smash Bros Brawl( good for classic controller, game cube controller, and wii controllers, Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime Trilogy, Super Mario All-stars, Super Paper Mario, New Super Mario Bros Wii,mario stikers charged, Mario Kart Wii( good for classic controller, game cube controller, wii controller and best of all the wheel,Mario Party 8, EA Sports active games, wii sports 1 & resorts whic are good for moving your body and good sensor controls and Donkey Kong Country Returns, and more. I recommend these games to those of you who have a wii or buying one. The Wii Sports games are very good for all ages that it is worth it as an option to get the sports gear and that each game has their own sports like basketball, bike riding, swordfightinh, boxing, bowling, tennis, baseball, and more.But for those who are older get: Goldeneye (good for classic controller, game cube controller, and wii zapper) Manhunt 2, Madworld, Brothers in Arms: Double Time (Get wii zapper or gun to make the sensor better because it hard to play regularly with both nunchuk and controller and feels like you are using a rifle), The godfather 1: Blackhand edition, Scarface: The World is yours, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 1 remake, Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil Umbrella and Darkside Chronicles, Call of Duty 3, 4, world at war, and black ops,Ghostbusters, and DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 or 3. The controllers are good. Certain games you can use the classic controller, Game Cube Controller, wii zapper (like the NES games), or the sports gear for Wii sports, wii balance board. All the accesories are amazing and the motion sensor plus is good on newer games. The Wii Virtual Console is good that it has the NES, SNES, N64, SEGA Genesis, Commodore 64, Turbo Graphx, NEO GEO, and wii virtual console arcade. It has a whole lot of games on those systems on the wii shop channel and you have to have wireless internet to access it. It has lots of games for NES Like Super Mario Bros, Zelda 1 & 2, Ice Climber,Super Contra, and more. SNES has Super Mario World, Super Mario RPG, Gradius 3, Super Star Wars Trilogy,F-zero, Street fighter 2 turbo and world warrior and Super Street Fighter 2, R-Type, Super Metroid, Legend of Zelda: A link to the past, Contra 3, Donkey Kong Country trilogy, Zombies Ate my neighbors and more. N64 has F-zero X, Super Mario 64, Star Fox 64, Smash bros, and more. NES, SNES, and N64 are my favorite, and SEGA also. To me, I like getting games only for the wii cuz it makes the wii more playable, it is fun if you get games like Metal slug Anthology, King of fighters Orochi Saga, or other games that have collections to make it fun, if u don't hv 360 or ps3, there is always guitar hero, Call Of Duty, or other games from those platforms. The internet is good and taking pictures is great you can even make a slide show and put music on while slide show goes on.The FUNCTIONALITY is that is is small and that it sounds nice and doenst sound loud. Overall, The PERFORMANCE and FUNCTIONALITY are great, even the backwards compatibility to play game cube games are good that all the game cube games work on the wii cuz only certain original xbox games can play the 360.the VALUE is great that it is worth it, getting these games that are listed on this review will make the wii worth all the money, but if you want your younger child to play other games some of them are party games but thats ok. The accessories do help the wii games a lot and the motion sensor plus helps more. The games are good, for wii exclusives and for Call of duty, guitar hero, DJ Hero, Def Jam Rapstar, Indiana Jones and the staff of kings, Madden series and Tiger woods games. It is definately worth it.
Mortal Kombat Armageddon, Bully: Scholarship Edition, Deadly creatures, and game sets such as Metal slug Anthology, King of fighters Orochi Saga, Cars 1 & 2, Dance Dance revolution, Michael Jackson's the experience (Good for singing, IDK bout dancing), ghostbusters,LEGO games, Tatsunoko vs Capcom, and NBA 2k12, and Godzilla unleashed are also good to play for this system. Having a lot of games on each platform to download on the wii virtual console is still good. Especially the wiiware and wii arcade.
