Rock Band 3 Universal Overdrive Pedal

Mad Catz' Electro-Harmonix Overdrive Pedal for wireless Rock Band 3' guitars was taken right out of the game and created for your living room. No more missing notes from having to tilt your guitar's neck upwards to activate Overdrive. Just connect the 10' cable to your official RB2, Beatles or RB3 guitar; hit the pedal's soft activation switch with your foot and Overdrive activates and the points are racked up. Durable, long-lasting construction and simplified Overdrive activation will have you rocking just like the pros.*Compatible with Officially Licensed Rock Band 2, Rock Band 3 and The Beatles; Rock Band wireless basses and guitars.

Did you buy this product for yourself or someone else? For me
Back in a old year known as 2009, when we were still playing Rock Band 2, us couch guitarists found it difficult to tilt a Stratocaster or press the Back button. So, MadCatz invented this pedal that would plug into the guitar and activate Overdrive. It was good, but it was just a teeny bit clunky. Fast forward two years, and now we have Rock Band 3. We now have THREE instruments with difficult Overdrive activation-Guitar, Bass, and Keyboard. BUT, a few weeks ago, RB3 was updated to, among other things, allow one to plug in a drum kick pedal and use it as an Overdrive pedal. So, as long as you have a drum kit or a spare kick pedal, you DO NOT need this.
