The Graphics are good, dont see why people are saying there horrible. Unless you think this is a movie the graphics are fine... (They dont have to be perfect). The guns are nice... No shot sounds exactly the same... All guns have good stopping power... The gameplay is great I dont have dummy enemies that just run around which boosts the gameplay... As for multiplayer I haven't tried it because of the PSN outage but whenever it comes back online i'll write a review on that...

This game was a risk-taker essentially because of the Publisher, THQ. I was not nearly as disappointed in this game as I thought I would be. Homefront's campaign was very short, roughly 5 hours even on a difficult setting. The online was very enjoyable however. Homefront's Battle Point system for the online play was amazing and made you work harder for your killstreaks than being able to get 25 and end the match with a nuke. I would highly recommend Homefront to those that are looking for something in between CoD and Battlefield and need a new feel to the FPS game.
ok my cousin had this pre-ordered, after seeing all the previews it looked like a decent game... its not! i played it for about an hour and thats all i could take, first off the graphics are terrible for a current gen console, all background details are rendered as flat, pixelated grayish 2d messes, not what you expect for 2011. gameplay was ok at times but RARELY, the A.I. is awful especially your friendlies, i cant tell you how many times my squadmates stood in front of me while i waited for them to open a door to activate the next area for a good 2 minutes at least, not to mention all of the invisible obstacles you will get repeatedly hung up on as the enemy has a turkey shoot with your head. sound quality and realism of weapons is garbage, fire an m4 and it sounds nothing like an m4, you have all these games out there that record the sound of real live weapons being fired and using that in the game, but not this one, its as if they took random sound samples from the internet and just assigned them to whatever weapon they threw a dart at on a board. also, the story is unbelievable, its completely unrealistic, as if north and south korea would ever unite under a single flag(never) but they manage to take over the u.s. with one of the most incompetent/smallest/poorest military forces on earth. ok even if that happened, we are allied with england, another extremely powerful military force, the way this game goes its as if the u.k. is nowhere to be seen, whatever. this game could have been cool if all of the obvious bugs, glitches, awful graphics/sound effects, and a.i. were taken care of (maybe) but as it stands, this was an awful game, gamers today have standards and is as to be expected, come on its 2011 and we got ps3 and xbox 360, we need games that have had effort put into them, not this garbage. COME ON THQ, REALLY!? p.s. online no-good!!! i wont even get started on that, its not worth my time. (returned in a week)
