this game has many great things going for it, the multiplayer levelling system and the battle points make it very fun to play and easier to earn things like tanks. this game has a good singleplayer campaign but overall this game was built more for multiplayer. the graphics for this game are a bit on the lower quality side at this point in time but the gameplay is solid and makes up for it.
the servers for online are terrible. ive had the game for a week and havnt played a complete game yet because i kept lagging or getting kicked or having my ps3 freeze. im about to return the game and go back to black ops unless the servers are fixed

the story is amazing, the stuff you can do is amazing, but the graphics look like ps1 graphics. Should be so much better considering it is on a ps3.

This isn't a terrible game....just not a great game. If you are looking for a better story you'll be hard pressed. I wouldn't expect anything less from John Milius. Only it was extremely short and most of the story was told by the same characters while their backs were to walls on either side of a door. The better part of the back story was told not through cut scenes or flashbacks, but text based news paper pickups. If graphics are what you are looking for pickup Killzone. If you are looking for online play pickup Call of Duty. The online mode needed more support, but was really solid. Too bad nobody plays on it anymore. Vehicles are overpowered but fun. The long and short of it, pick it up preowned, if you like it keep it, if you don't...you always got 7 days to return it.
