I got the xbox for Christmas and guess what? It broke within two weeks after I paid for the online service, causing me to lose $60. Then I sent it in to the repair center and waited over three weeks just to get it back unopened and still broken. Not only does the console itself suck, its service does. I'm going to buy a ps3 because I don't think anything could be worse than the xbox.

sure it may be sleeker and quiter but everyone please twell me how many xboxs are returned yearly do to rrods also gears of war nd halo just ant got it anymore im sorry but xbox is just a wast of money get a ps3

The XBOX 360 gets better every year. You have fun playing with your friends. the only problem is Glitchers on some games. XBOX 360 is 99.9% better than PS3. I don't have no time to be playing with no controller with shapes on it. PS3 fans alway talking about it's free for them to play online. Yeah it free for them because the only thing they have is playing online. XBOX 360 have ESPN, Zune, Napster, Parties, Music and other stuff. The stuff we're paying for is worth it.

For everyone thats giving the new Xbox 360 low scores based on hardware problems buy a freaking warranty! The Xbox 360 is not a perfect console and neither is the PS3 I had a buddy who got the yellow light or whatever it is. But no product really is ever going to be that perfect so why wouldn't you people buy a warranty? thats what they are there for. It breaks your covered under warranty and they fix it for free, however if you don't have a warranty its your fault. This goes the same for any product everything is bound to break. But not buying a warranty is plain old dumb I am sorry but its the truth. Other then that its a matter of preference the PS3 DOES NOT have better games then the 360 and vice versa its a matter of perference not fact so stop preaching it as such. In my opinion the Xbox 360 is a very good system very strong game library, live is a tad expensive but nothing that a person who has a steady job can't handle. I am happy to say I have had my Xbox 360 Elite for three years now it had one problem but I had a warranty and sent it one and it was fixed free of charge. Bottom line buy a freaking warranty or stop complaining!!

system sucks only good for a heater lol even if you buy the warranty it still breaks. save your money and buy a PC!!!!!!!!

just ask for it though gamestop should offer it when you buy a system ._.also to the pervious message thank you for being smart litz!! the only problem i have with ps3 is the many things i heard from friends about hackers and the sony network always having to patch it up so if anything get PS3 for some games that wont be on there that are good, like god of war 3

I completly agree with you, the xbox 360 is the greatedt and far the best system i have ever owned but i highly suggest to buy a warranty.
