+Best games +Best support, hands down (have you ever tried to call Sony when something goes wrong? Its not fun!) +Best online experience, best value in my opinion when compared to the content-anemic PS online. +Best control (both S Controller for hand-held and Kinect for motion) +Extremely capable hardware rivals and exceeds other systems +Aesthetically pleasing
-Some people have had technical issues referred to as "red ring of death" or RROD. I've had my original xbox 360 since launch and never had that problem and I've had my elite for a year with no problem and my systems receive heavy use. Basically, I think it comes down to giving the unit some room for airflow and keeping it clean. I also always lay mine horizontal but idk if that really matters. Also, the new design was supposed to fix whatever issues did exist. -Some (cheap) people don't feel they should have to pay to play online. In my opinion, you get more than enough value for what you pay.

That is all your opinion. I have called sony and they helped out instantly. It was fairly simple. I have called microsoft as well and they helped out almost instantly as well. People aren't "cheap" just because they don't have the money to pay for XBL. I wouldn't either, even though I have. I'm sure many people would rather get a new game for $60 and have online for free rather than pay $60 for the game and then play $60 more to play online.

Xbox and PS3 have been the subject of conversation for a quite a long time now as to which one is better. Well, the choice is simple. I got an Xbox 360 Elite for Christmas and guess what? It broke after not even two weeks. I paid $60 for online service (which it is free for PS3) just to have that money thrown down the drain. Then I sent it in for repair and got it back after over three weeks to find out they never even opened my package and it was still broken. Not only does the console itself suck, its service does. I'm going to get a PS3 and won't regret it because I doubt anything can be worse than Xbox.

ps3s have there own suicide system. the bluray eye goes out on them after a few years, and the disk tray slowly drops until it can no longer play games. people just dont talk about it because it doesnt have a catchy nicname. the best part is sony wont do anything about this without you paying. microsoft at least stands by there products. oh and your post is on the wrong page

I have both xbox and ps3 but the ps3 is better. Xbox has no good exclusives and the ps3 has better graphics. I recommend the ps3 if you want better exclusives.

I cant believe you think there is a diffrence in graphics. If your reading this trying to decide whether or not to buy a 360 then just go buy it. ps3 does not charge for online because they are constantly dropping people in game. Xbox charges because they provide reliability and content before ps3 even hears about it.
