Playstation Move Review - (9/10) - Excellent

Ever since its debut in summer of 2009, gamers have compared it to other motion control systems. While similar in nature, the Playstation Move offers a greater amount of precision and control over it's competition. The motion controller itself is comfortable to hold in your hand for long amounts of time, and is similar in build quality to the standard Dualshock 3 controller for the PS3. Games, for now, are limited for hardcore gamers and the titles definitely have a family friendly feel at the moment. With that said, titles like "Heavy Rain", "Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition", and "MAG" are very fun to play with this new controller set up, and titles like "Socom 4" and "Killzone 3" show the same amount of promise, utilizing the navigation controller (see below) for character movement. For families, this bundle will include a demo disc with around a dozen demos that you can install onto the PS3 hard drive. It may take some time to download, but the demos do provide a good feel for some of the games. Not all the demos are spectacular, but a few stand out such as "EyePet" and "Start the Party!" Sports Champions, which is included in the bundle, is nothing new, but does include a few interesting sports such as Gladiator Duel and Disc Golf, and offers numerous trophies to unlock. Overall, I would recommend the Playstation Move to anyone as the best motion control system around, and with the bundle including all you need to get started, it's a deal.
Ok, so I have had the PS Move since it came out and I couldn't be happier. People who say its a wii rip off, dont buy it. Nobodies forcing you to buy it and no ones paying you to diss it. GAMES ARE COMING. The Move has a full line up of Move Compatible Games that I'm sure will not dissatisfy. Games From Shooters like KZ3 and Socom to Family friendly games such as Toy Story 3 and LBP 2. You just have to give it sometime. Oh and its all backwards. The wii is a poorly done version the PS Move.
It's the Wii for PS3!! this game is definitely built for casual gamers, although there's an element for hardcore gamers as well, but its more of a workout rather than a sit and play challenge. I bought it a couple weeks ago and it was definitely worth the money :D

its just an improved wii with all the bells and whistles. the tracking is perfeted because of the constant calibrating-head, sholder, side ,game after every session/ and the ugly, outdated camera with a mic and no voice control. what was the point of makeing a HD version of Nintendo Wii that takes longer to play? make something diffrient playstation

the move has 1:1 tracking. The wii doesnt. If you think it this is ugly i guess you havent seen the kinect( which has terrible lag and barely works, i have it) This DOES have voice control your just not playing games that do have it
Yes it may look like an evolved Wii but its not the Wii. Dont get me wrong. Wii is still fun but Move is so much better. The Wii came out how long ago was it? 2006. It's about time that Wii had some competition. If you think the Playstation 3 is the same as the Wii. Well you're dead wrong. How can you say the Playstation 3 is the Wii? Playstation 3's Move is so much more advance than the Wii. Tracking the ball on the motion controller through the Eye camera is how it's done and works extremely well with one to one motion. The Wii can never do that because...here's a hint...no camera, plus the graphics for the Wii are cartoonish. End of story. So don't compare the Playstation 3's Move to the Wii.
