There is only one pro about this headset, the design(except the mic isnt long enough). There are a bunch of cons though. Some of them are: 1. My friends think i'm screaming into the mic when I talk normal 2. That little box thing that comes with it is useless and takes up room 3. After 2 hours of play there is this blistering loud noise from speakers that sounds like you're next to a lion's mouth when it roars Defintiely get a turlte beach headset instead!

ive had 4 pairs of turtle beach headsets. all broke in a months time of play. my trittons ive had for a pretty long time now and have had very little problems with. i love my trittons and would tell everyone to buy a pair of 720s

It works great when you first get it then when you talk to your friends it rather makes a high pitch sound or they cant hear you talk at all and it'll stop working if u want to talk. So i dont recommend it.

Amazing headset, *READ

I am a competitive gamer that plays Gamebattles, I needed a good headset because my old headset the x11's broke within 4 months. So I got the aX720's about a month ago and expected so much from it in a game, And everything i expected was there :D I could hear peoples footsteps, Bullets going past me and feels like your right there. Half the people that write these reviews saying there a terrible headset probably threw them due to raging at a game. They have great surround sound a good design and price value. So if you wouldn't be the person to throw a headset across the room and break it then get them.

Bought for use on a PS3, mostly playing MW3 and watching movies. Spent several (aggrevating) hours trying to set up. Sound was pretty good when playing MW3 but some issues with feedback from my mic (basically stumbled on how to fix by muting the SVM control, which was not in manual). Have to change audio settings on PS3 when you switch from game to movie. Very frustrating. Does not support Dolby 7.1. Have to listen to new BD Star Wars movies in 2 channel mode, which is no better than my TV. Not too pleased with 12 ft cord either. I guess these are just not for me... My advice is to save your money until you can afford a better quality, wireless set.
