I bought this console after, I went through four PS3's within a year period. Since, I have owned this 360 for over six months with no problems. I am pleases with the performance of the system, it may get warm, but a fan blowing on the 360 (along with circulating the rooms air) will ensure no overheating will occur. The only draw back is the low memory space but, that is a easy fix with; an internal hard drive or a usb flash drive (which can be taken to a friends and your memory loaded to game at their place). I might recommend a larger memory unit if you will be downloading DLC, installing games (for faster and better gameplay) or putting music or pictures on your 360. The Kinect is great, it reads your body movement and speech; no use of a "wand" here like PS3's move (which is a joke in my opinion). This console can even be sync'd to your computer via internet and stream all the music, videos, pictures and movies your computer may have to watch on the TV. The wifi on this system is great (with the right router) I have a netgear n+ router and don't lag up when gaming over wifi. This console has made me a Xbox as I once was a avid PS3 fan till SONY let me down four times in a row and made a good bit of money off me in repairs. With party chat available (with XBL gold), netflix, facebook, twitter, espn and a few others the online experience is great. Yes, XBL cost 60 a year but it is a much better experience online than PS3 is. I am running 1080p on games and do they look amazing, just as good as PS3 did. You will need to purchase HDMI cables but, the clarity, picture quality, vividness is worth the money (regarding you have a hi-def TV). XBOX shows why they are the leader in console gaming and adult gaming sales worldwide! I recommend this over Sony's big let down!!

Obviously, the guy above did not read my post CLEARLY. There is no bias comments or opinions, its facts that I went through. I posted factual details and solutions on the system not opinions. Just read the review, I have stated everything that is needed to better understand what points I made in the first place. And I posted somethings about the system so potential customers know what to expect or what to buy, so they may make a better INFORMED decision.

if you're telling people to solve RROD by blowing a fan onto the 360 ALONG with central air cooling, you're reinforcing the fact that 360's run hot. They all do. You must not care about your consoles if you've gone through 4 PS3's in a year. PS3's have better air circulation. That's not an opinion, that's recorded fact with information and statistics that you can find in multiple locations on the internet. Your review is biased, unnecessary, and just plain misleading.

I personally think this is an outstanding system. A lot of people think the 4GB memory is an issue, but a simple 16GB USB flash drive (for around 25 bucks extra) is a good, optional choice for those who need more money, but don't want to pay 100 dollars more for excessive memory they won't use. 20GB is more than enough for most gaming needs, but I would recommend the 250GB system for people who go well above and beyond just games. Still, I got this and am more than happy with it.

I love this console! New look, 4gb flash memory,quietest console i own other than a wii. The games look great on this console especially in full HD and it has the best controller of any console on the market. This is my fourth 360 and not because the others red ringed still got a Jan 06 model that still works brand new. I own a PS3 also and i love it too but not as much as this 360. I would recommend this to anyone looking a new console. u may hafta upgrade your memory after a while but thats my only complaint thus far.

Im not going to trash on the 360 im just going to say the truth. I bot it when it first came out i have had a good time with it the year i have had it. But XBL is just a waste of money I have been buying the 3 month card since i have had a 360 I dont get the year card because in the moment i dont have 60 dollars to throw away you cant say im cheap because i dont really think you like just throwing away 60+ $ every year?? Im going to buy a PS3 because i right now its 250$ almost the same price i paid when i got this but I wont throw away anymore money I already pay for my internet I dont wana pay twice just to play with friends. Dont get me wrong it is a good console but its just not worth paying that much trust me. I dont wana keep on paying a company for the time i have there console.
