I'm not a hater, I'm just stating my honest opinion about the Xbox360. Now, I've grown up with all of them: Dreamcast, Gamecube, Wii, PS2, the original Xbox, the 360, and the PS3. This is not a biased review. My favorite company has always been Sony. I liked their exclusive games, like Sly Cooper and Kingdom Hearts. However, I always wanted to try Halo, so my brother and I gave the 360 a spin. I was far from impressed. We've had our 360 for a couple years and haven't seen the Red Ring of Death yet, so I'm not saying they're complete garbage, but there are many reasons I wouldn't ever buy another one. You only have to hold a 360 for a second to realize that if the sucker was dropped once, kiss your $200 goodbye. It is not a durable system, and for god's sake, I'm warning you now, DON'T HOLD IT WHILE ITS ON. YOUR GAMES WILL BE SEVERELY SCRATCHED. If you don't like FPS (first person shooters, like Call of Duty and Halo) this is not the system for you. I'd say 80% of Xbox games are FPS, so there's almost no variety in your games. Personally, I don't see how Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is different from Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Also, and there is no nice way to say this, the 360 will guzzle your cash faster than a truck from the 1970s. After you buy the system, you will realize there's not enough memory space and will have to invest in a new hard drive, which can cost more than $60. Also, if you're into online playing, the Xbox Live membership is expansive and must be payed monthly. People will argue this makes Xbox Live more secure, I find this to be bull. Nothing Microsoft makes is secure from hacking. Now there are pros to the Xbox, but none that make it better than the PS3, in my opinion. This is just my honest review. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend. If you want a moderately expansive, system with variety, durability, and appeal, the PS3 is better, hands-down. You will not find any advantage the 360 holds over the PS3, and for that reason, it fails to meet my expectations.

So my mom got this for me and my sis for christmas, it's great and all, but she got the one with a KINECT instead of the 250 gig one, which is really annoying. So, stupid me went out and bought a 640 gb hard drive for 100 bucks, plug it in just to realize it doesn't work like a regular hard drive and I can only use 16 gigs. Thanks for forcing me to buy YOUR products, Microsoft. 4gb just doesn't cut it. If you are into DLC and such, GET the 250 gb one. And another thing is, XBOX Live is laggy as heck sometimes, and I get really frustrated, but it might be my internet, I have CLEAR brand. And my xbox is only one room away from the router. TL;DR- 4gb doesn't cut it, My internet sucks. But besides this, it is AMAZING. 10 times better than ps3, mainly because the live has many more features and the controllers are better.

this product is so amazing i got one today for a present and was so happy. the graphics are so amazing. the best online experience. kinect. this product has so much games that ps3 does not have like gear of war and halo and much more. it only cost you about 200$.the controller rocks for the xbox 360.and my firends told me that they never got the red ring of death on their 360. while the ps3 sucks. the ps3 is so expensive. the graphics suck

Best Console of All Time!

Let me start out by saying, this is the best console of all time! This model is the best their is, I used to own the obsolete pro model but after 2 years of hesitating I finally traded it in and I am in love with it. It is SOOOOOOOO quiet! I can hardly tell its turned on whereas the old ones make it hard to hear the game. My hand is cramped up as Ive typed a ton of reviews so I have to go. GET THIS XBOX!
