I bought the whole charger system 5 years ago the battery packs that came with it just now strarted going out so for the 20 bucks I spent on the packs lasted 5 years and I game for 5-6 hours at a time great product getting ready to buy 2 more

Stick with microsoft

I bought the powerpak kit a couple months ago. At first it worked great and didn't have to worry about batteries anymore. Then I noticed I had to constantly charge it. Now my wireless controller has to be connected in order to work. Buyer beware.

broke my controllers

worked great but after a month a noticed that both of my halo reach controllers had cracks in bottom of the controller where the springs are. tape worked for a little bit. but now I am out two controllers. would not recommend.

The design entices the consumer to buy, and at first works great, long charge and charges quick. Downside: After about a month or two it will lose it's charge and no longer be a "rechargeable" battery.
