really great system

i just bought the ps3 160 GB 3 months ago and its really awesome. it has amazing graphics and really good exslusive games, like uncharted 2, god of war 3, infamous and other really good games. the online for ps3 is great, although psn is down right now. but i only have one problem with the system... it usally freezes while in a game, but it doesnt freeze that much. but i do need advice from someone so it stops freezing. over all the ps3 is a must buy.

I have played on both 360 and PS too the point where i needed new controllers for them cause they broke. I have been pretty loyal to Sony but Microsoft took me away. The PS3 was a good system it has blue ray, great graphics, and such. The 360 has better online experience (there is a reason why you pay for it), and okay game play. If you are looking for a great all around system for media and games get the PS3. But if you are looking for a great system with okay media capabilities but a great online and single player experience get the 360. And from my experience the PS3 controllers weren't to durable compared to the 360. Plus accesories whise if you greak a PS3 controller it runs you up like $55 while for a 360 it will go probably $40. Both are good systems i just prefer my 360. By the way too all the PSN players, I have heard Sony may make people pay for some kind of virus protecting stuff. With live that comes free through patches and updates that take like a minute to download unlike the PS3 that takes like 10 minutes to download. Along with the PSN being down for a long time Live is better for your money.

Good things for those who waited

The PS3 has had a long journey , new to me , yet in it's 2nd generation as a console . With such promise the forboding $300 price point was it's biggest obstacle . As struggling retail slave it took over 5 yrs for me to break down and buy one, glad I did .As a PC user , who builds gamer machines , I wasnt sure how the new console would stack up. Some games are meant to be on consoles .The network outage will soon be over , and then Sony will be back to business as usual , there's no reasons to avoid the fun on PS3 .
i got the ps3 two months ago after selling my x-box 360. to me there really isn't any difference between the 360 and the ps3 except for the fact that the online is free. And according to my friends the online for the 360 is better.

Man i bought the ps3 because i tried a friends 360 and the controller is garbage ps3 controller is perfect. plus his 360 has broke like 3 times already and it's the new model!!!!!! Blu-ray better than dvd large games aren't multidisc like on the 360 second the FREE PSN NETWORK is awesome i'm glad i don;t shell out all of them money i have like a sheep like 360 owners do. the ps3 has batter exclusives than the 360. overall 360 is for poor mindless sheeple who follow trends set by their friend who have no live and probably run with knives.
