Worth the money

I've owned both an xbox 360 and a PS3 so I can honestly qrite an unbiased reveiw. I decided on a PS3 for a few reasons: free online play which though the online is lacking in comparison is free, something I value since im a casual gamer not a hardcore one. Having the ability to use vudu and hulu is also very nice since I dont have cable provided so I can always catch up on shows I missed. Im also a wide spectrum gamer and I feel the PS3 has a wider variety of games in all genres in comparison to the 360 so I can buy an RPG that can take hours to beat or a FPS that I can enjoy. I miss having a 360 but overall I feel it was worth it for my needs. Fanboy wars are pointless get what works for you and enjoy it

I just bought the console a few weeks ago. This thing is garbage, PSN network is down, and the only I want to do is play online. So don't waist your money stick with the xbox. Microsoft has the best online service out there.

LISTEN TO MY VALULABLE INFO. The PS3 is the best system you could by o and by the way thet guy is rite we are talking about the best system in the world (other than the 3DS) not playstation network. But not the point,about the x sorry I mean CRUD BOX 360 the graphics are no where near as good as the PS3 graphics and stupid microsoft should sick to making computers. If you still thinfk the ps3 is worthless let me tell you some thing. There is this compony called SONY (Sarcasum) and they make T V'S and realy good GAMING SYSTEMS. MICROSOFT is a compony that makes COMPUTERS not computer boxes the try to pass off as gaming systems. SO, BE SMART AND STICK TO THE AWSOME PS3!!
I'm speechless...you're actually rating PSN rather than the system. Last time I checked, the product on this page was a Sony PlayStation 3 160GB, not PlayStation Network. Get your facts straight and stop giving the system a bad name.

Great Multi Media System

Ok so i got this for the living room mainly for Blu Ray and ps3 move. I got a xbox 360 and a wii in my room. I gotta say its a pretty good console its got the best graphics especially the Blu Ray player good for exclusive games but the online experience sorta sucks in comparison to the Xbox 360. Basically theres less people its slow and it just got hacked! Overall its a great Multi Media Console for the Living Room. Its a great secondary console and best bet for someone who doesnt do online gameplay. Its just not that great online you gat what you pay for.

the ps3 is a good system BUT it also has problems. the playstation network does not have as much games as xbox live psn is also slow and it laggs. the exclusive games are great but the online takes away from the gameplay
