This console is so great it dose absolutely everything and when i first got it i was a little skeptical about purchasing it but when i saw free live and u can go on the internet AND it plays blu-ray movies i was like :O and i have used way more then my croch-box and it also has better PS3 only tittles like killzone, and uncharted, and GOW. A total must buy.

This system is the best Sony has made yet!! It plays Blu-rays, DVD's, CD's and is backwards compatible with PS1 games, tho sadly this system isn't compatible with PS2 games. The online is FREE. The Playstation Store has hundreds of games availible to download at the touch of a button, and hundreds of PSone classics. Also it has addon's for just about any game you can think of. The system is very quiet, and run's like a champ. I bought mine brand new, I've had it since September of 2010, and I haven't had a problem. The wireless Sixaxis controllers are also motion sensored for some games like GTA IV, which is great! It has a HDMI port in the back to make beautiful graphics even better. I have almost 30 games and alot of downloadable content, and I haven't even used half of the memory. You have Netflix availible and tons of other services availible right on the home screen. This doesn't have a disc tray, so you won't have to worry about the belt wearing out. This system is the best I have and i would reccomend it to EVERYONE. Xbox 360 users should try this, I bet atleast 70% of 360 users would convert to using the PS3, it's just that awesome. Pros: Everything... Cons: Just the fact that this system cannot play PS2 games. Other than that none.

The PS3 is a piece of junk. It lags SOOOOOO Much! People say that it has 1080p HD and Xbox doesn't. Well they're wrong. Xbox has 1080p HD as well. Forget about the graphics. They're the same as Xbox360. Download time is horrible. It take a few hours to download a 2 gig demo. The controller is small and squeeky. The triggers are bent down. So if your watching a movie and you put the controller down, the floor normally presses the trigger and you skip through the video (YOU COULD EVEN SKIP THROUGH YOUR FAVORITE SEEN)! I know the PS3 has a blue ray player and xbox doesn't. Xbox has avatars you can make. You can also go on facebook. Don't foget about the Xbox360 contollers. They seem bulky, but they are made to fit your hand for comfortable gameplay. PS Move is horrible. You end up flailing your arms around trying to move something. Besides it is like the Wii. The PS3 console is big, bulky, and heavy. The Xbox360 console is small, compact, and light. I would rather pay for Xbox Live then play on the PSN. PSN lags too much. The new 250 gig Xbox360 console is $299.99, the new PS3 160 gig console is $299.99. The Xbox360 is a better deal. So do yourself a favor and get an Xbox360.

The ps3 has some of the most stunning graphics out there. I like how you get a 600 dollar value for only 300 dollars because you get a free blu ray player when you buy the system. Online might have some crashing and autobalancing issues but online is free so you will get over it. This is a great system for a amazing price and is a must own any gamer.
