I can't stand this.

I really do not understand how the current rating for this is about an 8. It doesn't even work properly! First of all, the waist strap is WAYYY too huge for me (I may have kind of a small waist, but geez), so I have to put the wii controller in my pocket or pants band, and let me tell you it doesn't stay very well. But since it tracks your hips, you have to manage with it. Second of all, even though it may be sliding around a bit since I can't use the waist band, it doesn't read me almost AT ALL. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my sensor or controllers, and no matter how much I move it just isn't enough for the game. Its extremely frustrating. Both me and my mom (who is able to use the waist band, just barely) couldn't stand this game to the point we eventually got rid of it. Its absolutely terrible, there's too many problems with it, and the interface was a little annoying and confusing. However through the frustration it did get moving, but only because you had to move SO much (to the point it was COMPLETELY un-natural). I understand Zumba's supposed to make you move and sweat, but the amount it wants you to in this game is absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

tutorial OK; Doesn't track motions. Set controller on table and stared at TV: it said I was doing great. Just stood there tapping my feet: it said I was doing great. A little hard to follow some steps, graphics are the issue. I would recommend either buying a video and following it, or buy your favorite dance CD and dance to it for 30 minutes a day. Also, some of the lyrics aren't appropriate for children, suggestive.

This game is, the perfect mixture of fun and challenging. It is slightly hard to do though if you have no idea what your doing but if you pay attention to the tutorial, it'll be a breeze. The moves are fast paced when not in tutorial so it takes a lot of practice in the tutorial before you can glide through the beginner 20 minuet class. I love this game and would definitely recommend this game to everyone that likes a good workout while having a blast learning how too dance.
I have gained alot of weight while pregnant with my child and havent lost none. I figured i would try this cuz I am always doing stupid little dances for my baby. At first i could only do 5 mins. Then i went to 10. I couldnt do the steps and i was exhausted. Then the 2nd week it got so much easier. If I couldnt do a step i would try nearest to it. Well towards The end of 2nd week is when I started to weigh. I do the 20 mins of the easy clas. Usually once a day but I have been having so much energy I do it 2 day sometimes. And weather has been nice and with all this energy i walk a couple times a day. I lost 6 pds in 5 days cuz of the zumba. I gave me energy to do so much more. I catch myself moving my hips walking to another room. Give it a chance it definat works.
