Just Fantastic

Overall, I was skeptical about the new d-pad design, but after my old. controller crapped out on me, I decided to purchase the new style. Needless to say, it was a great decision. The d-pad hasn't worn out, (I got mine about a week after they first came out) still using the same controller that I bought originally. I would be very comfortable recommending this controller to anyone that likes to play games. The only thing that I would change is the color of the d-pad, to a black instead of the chrome. Other than that, A+, no question

Piece of JUNK....
PostedApril 6, 2012
thought the new d-pad design would be cool and it was for a bit. The sticks wore out in about two to three months. If that long. An the charger is a joke used it once and the put it up somewhere...who cares...using generic black one again. I love Microsoft and XBOX but this was very disappointing. Looking forward to the new chrome ones (gamestop is getting the blue chrome) coming out in May. Gonna have to search for the actual silver chrome.Hope they are built to last. Fingers crossed xx

Not bad

I play a lot of first person shooters so the constant hitting of sprint or other buttons usually wears out my analog sticks around 4-6 months of use. This controller lasted as long as any other that I have bought. It is pretty convinient that it comes with a charge pack and a battery, but not necessary if you already have 1. I will say that if you are military or a dependant, you will save more money buying these on post. Every PX I have ever gone to between 6 bases, (2 Ga, 1 SC, 3 Korea) had this for $50. At that price its is pretty good deal imo. If you can't buy one on base then its still not a bad deal but only if you don't already have a charge pack.

Doesn't Last Long
PostedMarch 31, 2012
I bought this controller about a year ago and it has given me nothing but problems. I seen that it had a switchable d-pad and so I thought I would give it a try and I regret wasting my money on this badly built controller. The analog sticks gave out within 5 to 6 months of use, the d-pad gets stuck at times, the L and R triggers make a really annoying squeaky sound everytime you press them, and overall the controller shell feels very cheap, the charger blinks green when the controller is not a fully charged??? Also the silver paint weared off within 3 months. I would not recommend this controller to anyone not even my worst enemy. Save your money this controller is a piece of garbage.
