the xbox 1st party controller is the best product to go with; however the silver one is not. this combo comes with charger because the battery life is approx 120 mins. not pleased at all.

I purchased this controller about 4 months ago, I've been using it a lot for the past 4 months and I have not gotten any issues yet. The battery that came with it has issues staying charged but I just purchased a third party battery which solved that issue, I recommend the Power pak by NYKO.

Awful Thumbsticks on purchased controllers.

These controllers seem to have much weaker thumbsticks than the original black or white controllers. Not understanding why that is, but the last 3 I've purchased, the left or right thumbstick comes loose and does not return to neutral position. Maybe it's just the store I shop at carelessly tosses the shipment around in the back room. Needless to say, just purchase a black or white controller.

At first this controller was fantastic. It boggled my mind how incredible it was that the dpad changed. After a while I realized that the dpad is the same thing only it can twist in to appear like the cross pad. Even in cross pad form it behaved like normal wonky dpad. I liked how the sticks were indented. However the dead zones started to go after a few months. I did not think it was a big deal at first but then every time the controller rumbled the right stick went from normal position to slightly forward or backward. I am going to sell it and get a normal controller.
