Did you buy this product for yourself or someone else? For me
I bought my Naga Epic gaming mouse for WoW. At the 11 month mark, my left mouse button stopped working. Additionally, it would light up and look pretty...but then the right-click wouldn't work. Please research this mouse. In more than 62% of consumers of this mouse, reported problems with it under the warranty time (which is 1-year). However, when it is sent into Razer, they will not fix or replace. They will come back with an "accidental" not "manufacturer" problem and will ship you the old mouse back and an apologize letter. DO NOT BUY THIS MOUSE. Huge waste of $130.

I've had the Chance to play with this mouse for a while now and love it. The ergonomics are well fit for any hand style for gaming I am a Palm gamer and this mouse sits well in my hand while I'm in a WvW. The Response on this mouse is amazing, you don't need to worry about the Synapse 2.0 software since it has been updated and the Mouse Firmware has been Fixed with previous Syncing issues. The interchangeable plates are great and don't come off easily with the Neodymium Magnets that hold them on. The Mouse makes going IMBA really Easy as well with the number pad, which makes not having to be moving your hand from the movement keys and more aware of your surroundings during those strenuous battles let them be Sniping in CS:S or 1v1's in WoW or even World v World in Guild Wars 2, I highly recomend this mouse to Anyone looking for a Gaming mouse that will make your gaming an even better experience.
Just keep in mind Once you get this mouse home Always Update the Software and Firmware before you get into your game or you'll end up like the Dummy from Las Vegas.
Ohh, and the battery life is 12 hours but if the mouse is low on Battery just plug the cord from the dock to the mouse for a wired experience. ;P

The mouse itself is really awesome. I have the original Naga and it works great. I have a hard time playing on a computer that doesn't have it. The num pad on the side is addicting.
The major problem with the Naga Epic is the software. It is Atrociously annoying! The reliance on the software KILLS this mouse. It wants to upgrade all the time and it wants a constant connection to the internet so that it can send all your settings to some cloud somewhere. While it is updating the mouse simply STOPS WORKING. You can be right in the middle of a game or something and the mouse stops dead. The buttons don't work and the cursor wont move. It stays like that for minutes at a time and happens to me at least once a day. I have my old wired naga on standby for when this happens.
Another annoying quirk with the software is that when the computer starts up it defaults the mouse to the highest sensitivity setting so when you twitch your wrist the cursor flies across the screen. You have to wait for the software to connect to the cloud server and download your settings. The software hangs all the time while trying to retrieve information.
Also the battery life SUCKS on the Naga Epic. I don't know what I expected on a mouse that lights up like a Las Vegas Casino and has super epic laser precision and 10 million buttons but... the battery life is still very short. Forget to charge it overnight once and you are pretty much screwed.
Overall, I love the Naga series but I WAY prefer the wired original Naga (the blue one) to the Naga Epic. The wired one doesn't rely on the software as much to function.
