Ok i went in and bought my ps3 slim. Excited i drove home and plugged it in. What happens? This horrible crunching sound happens. My call of duty black ops is chewed up. I sent it in to get repaired only to find it still chewed up my mw2 and comes with an exciting $150 bill for its repair. I sent it in and traded it for an xbox 360 250g which has worked perfectyl to this point

well the next time you get a ps3 slim there's something wrong with your power supply or you used a modern warfare 2 xbox 360 game in it (if you did now that is wrong) also you probably didnt plug it in right if you bought a used one then that explains why

My brother bought one of the new Xbox 360 slim versions and within 3wks RROD, he had it sent in to microsoft and did not get his system back within 6wks. When he got his system back happy and hoping that they fixed it, he plugged it in turned it on RROD again.

I got my 320 GB Playstation 3 and I absolutly love it. It was a christmas present from my fiance last year and it was the greatest christmas present ever. I love that playing online is free unlike the Xbox 360, which you have to pay I believe 60.00 which is a little outragous I could buy a new or used game with that money. Anyway back to my exciting review the graphics are unbelievably beautiful and having blue ray is a plus. Just knowing that the PS3 doesnt have overheating and RROD and other problems like the XBOX 360. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone friend or foe, BEST system ever and I own alot of systems including both the PSX and PS2.

ok, i must agree with the comment below, ps3 does have flaws just like 360, not everything in this world is perfect, if it was that would be awsome... but if your gonna judge and favore one system over the other, thats a little harsh. i like 360 as well, they both have thier ups and downs and tech issues, but both are good in there own way.

There are so many things wrong with what you just said it's astonishing. PS3's DO overheat, even though it may not be as often. No it doesn't RROD, but trust me, it has MANY other issues. I Have one and I love it, but I hate it when people take favorites over petty things like "free" online play. I can't tell you how many times I've been dropped out of a match because of the "free" online, where as my 360 has never dropped me out of a match, because you truly GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. $60 a year is a SMALL price to pay for dedicated servers and nearly flawless connections. So in short, each console has it's pros and cons, so if you are going to criticize gaming consoles, criticize ALL of them.

there is no big change to all the systems ! bigger hard drive etc. why does everyone say it's great ? like all the others at one time or another there WILL BE problems and then you'll hate it ! just treat it like you take your vitamins and it will stay healthier for longer - do not red faction it !

my friend got a ps3 i played it and i have a 250g xbox 360 slim it sucks compared to the 360 and all those people say its better because of free online wow big deal its like $50 a year for quality that doesnt suck i would highly recomend to get a 360 and not a ps3

I myself am I big Playstation fan, and playstation has been basically ruler of the gaming console world. I have owned a new Xbox 360 slim and within a week of owning it RROD. Im sorry but with the money you spend on the stupid online membership cards is not worth it I can buy a Wii and a brand new N3DS for the money you spend on xbox cards. Sony may have taken a while to be put on the market but atleast the took their time making the system unlike Xbox 360 who today is still having problems. Atleast Playstation admits their problem unlike the Xbox. If you want a true system get a Playstation 3 they last longer and internet connection is way better along with the games
