As far as the story driven MMO thing, yes the nailed that perfectly. Alot of things about this game is good except if your a PvP player, warzone queues are only for your server so depending on your server you may be waiting around for a warzone match. There are NO brackets, a low level will be fighting max level players in what they call a bolster system that while it technically works just was not a thought out idea. They give all players the same heatlh and damage output they would have at 50 but it still doesnt make up for a lower levels lack of abilities and gear. PvP is also very buggy, most players having to mash a button for the same ability 2 to 3 times before it fires off. If your looking to play a decent MMO or starwars game its a good pick, but if PvP is your perfered endgame in an MMO steer clear of this one!

This game is absolutely amazing. Grant it the graphics aren't the best, but still. The game play is deep and it makes you feel like you are your character by the choices you get to make. Once this game gets going I think it will take off to even higher heights than it is already at.

This game is phonominal. I've played all different mmo's from WoW to Guild Wars to LOTRO and this one beats them all. Now this game and WoW are completely different and I don't think they should be compared at all, I personally like this better how ever this game is not a WoW killer and really I dont get why you'd want a WoW killer. The game play is awesome as well as story and sound. All in all if you like mmo's give it a try and if you don't try it anyways, because of the unique gaming experience I think you'll like it. 10 out of 10.

Beyond My Expectations!!!

I would first like to say that the original KOTOR has been a game that i have obsessed over for the past decade. The 2nd one was alright, it had so much potential, and the story line just killed it. Ive waited patiently for about a decade now, for the next installment. I know that the fan base was split 50/50 half were mad that it was gonna cost a monthly fee and would be an online MMO, the other half couldnt wait. I was the 2nd half. I had set my expectations soo incredibly high for this game.(higher than anybody should set on anything in life) I played the beta test, and was at first kinda irritated, but then played through the release....and EVERYTHING/ANYTHING that i had hoped for...they HAD. EVERY SINGLE TIME i thought to myself "i wish they had this..." within SECONDS i would find what i wanted...BUT BETTER!!! This game in my eyes just absolutely KILLS WOW, and i feel like this will be the only pc game you'll be hearing about from now on, and possibly even extend out to all the console gamers as well. In my eyes....THE GREATEST GAME OF ALL TIME!!!!!

First off, do not buy the collectors edition. It comes with a carnival grade statue, and some joke-of-an-item garbage that lasts you roughly ten levels.
The games full of bugs, lag, and imbalances. . The support takes roughly a week to respond, only to tell you "no, we cant help." in approximately 3 paragraphs.
To sum it up, the game is very bad. The graphics are bad compared to something even 2 years old (final fantasy 14). The gameplay is completely horrible since the bugs can make you re-fight things, be attacked and not attack back, not give credit upon completion, and more.
PVP ends up being an entirely different horrible story. CC's rule the game, and there are no diminishing returns. The ITT tech graduates they call employees, decided to create a resolve system that would eventually lead you to a temporary immunity to all CC's. The system does not work, and includes a hidden extra 1000 points to achieve, which means you will die significantly longer before it ever fills up, and when (if) it finally does, it drains in roughly 1.5-2 seconds.
When you buy star wars you arent buying a game, you're buying a promise for a game. A promise for balance, a promise for proper pvp, a promise for bug fixes, just promises. After RIFT, FF14, FF11, and etc. do you really want to buy more promises that come years later?
Game will be F2P in six months.
ALSO, on a positive note, the music is the best I've ever heard. This is the ONLY game i leave my music volume at default level.

I understand the affect of graphics which surely you DO NOT understand them. If you saw pics, you would see that the graphics ARE NOT top notch. They did this to allow MORE players into the game. I have no lag issues, did you check to see if you're computer was up to date? Have you ever played a game at release like SWTOR? You also need to understand that this IS Biowares FIRST mmo! THAT is why it has so many bugs it has. This game is by far larger than most games at release. I understand your opinion, but at the same time. STOP giving false info.
