From what I can tell after playing a few hours this is pretty much last years game which is no real surprise. The menus have different colors and stuff but everything is pretty much the same. Rosters seem accurate enough for the Cubs. Franchise and RTS seem the same. If you have a PS2 and you just want updated rosters without having to do them yourself get this. For those still happy with last years game keep it, play it and don't get this. If your content with getting new rosters and getting this game you will still have fun if your a fan of the Show. The new analog stick pitching and hitting is exclusive to PS3. There is no online as there was none in last years as well. It is still a lot of fun to play. If your content like me you will enjoy it, some will want to go ahead and get a PS3 to access all the newer features.

Great game overall. But thing i hate with a passion that they all wear the same brand of shoes every year ( for ps2). The announcers suck badly , say the same thing over and over , but this year they change just a tiny bit. By the way , if you never play on legend is no point of this game ?. Love this game but need few upgrades asap !!!!
