The look of Madden 12 is great, and no complaints there. I also think it has one of the better soundtracks. After that, there are many issues during the game. Madden is fine for people who play on normal difficulty, most of the unrealistic problems are masked by how easy the game is. However, if you want a good realistic game, played on a higher difficulty, you will see the issues and flaws. Online games can be fun, but tend to still have a little bit of lag. Which is understandable, but still can mess up your kicking/punting until you get the hang of it.
Examples of just a few flaws: - Linebackers jump much too high to swat passes. - Play-Action passes don't fool defenders at all, regardless of how good you have ran the ball. - While controlling the defensive line / linebackers, your blitz will get picked up perfectly and almost impossible to get around the offensive line (On normal it's much easier). - Much too often you will have a blocker (Fullback / Tight End / Pulling Guard / Wide Receiver) just completely ignore a defender right in front of them, allowing that defender to make an easy tackle. - And my absolute LEAST favorite is when the defensive backs will react to passes, while their backs are turned to the QB, and run straight to the receiver you have thrown to, Who was previously WIDE open, and break up the play.
So if your looking for a casual decent game its fine, and you will have a good time. But if you really know the game and want to get the realistic NFL feeling, Madden 12 still has too many little things that can seem harmless, but can really wreck the game.

i think this is the best madden yet. When i first got it i didnt like it that much, i thought the gameplay was slow and it felt like a madden from the gamecube. But, i warmed up to it quickly and now realize it is the best madden yet

This game is horrible, again. Every year they just live off of the Madden name and make minor changes to the actual game. Yeah the graphics are a little better but the commentators are terrible, referees are terrible, fans look terrible in the stands, and there are still a ton of glitches in the game. Defensive linemen can run with receivers downfield and Super Linebackers can deflect any pass at any time on the field. I gave the game 1 week to grow on me and I have since returned it. There is no reason for this game to have this many problems every single year. The only appeal to this game is that Madden bought the rights to the NFL and therefore has no competition so they trap you into buying this game if you want real teams and players.

i love this game for xbox 360. Its soooo amazing i wish it was the highest rated game ever its super fun how the graphics are and its really up to date in its players, helmets and etc.. like LT is NOT on the chargers any more!!! so we ALL know that now and they have the revolution speeds and robot helmets<3333 i love it!!
