An amazing system!!

Nintendo has done it again with their new 3DS. I have to warn you, the 3D starts to hurt your eyes after about 15 minutes. That's a negative part of it. But the 3DS has a bunch of cool features. It has the new Nintendo eShop. eShop is basically the Wii Shop channel for the 3DS. It has a virtual console service where you can download classic Gameboy and Gameboy Color games like Super Mario Land, Excitebike (which is 3D), Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening, and bunches more. One game I really hope they add is Metroid II Return of Samus. And great news for Pokemon fans!!! There is a 3D Pokedex!!! But it only has Pokemon from Pokemon Black and White which stinks. Another thing the 3DS has is this really fun game call Face Raiders. Basically, take a picture of anything (it doesn't have to be a real face), and save it. That picture will turn into the enemy face. Of course you can take a picture of more than one face and choose which one you want to be the enemy face. When you begin the game, you have to turn around using the camera and start shooting the faces. There is a lot more things to do with. Like for example it counts your steps as a pedometer and you earn play coins based on how many steps you take. The thing that kinda stinks is that you can only earn 10 coins per day. It also has a camera that can take 3D pics, and you can make Miis too!! And 3DS games are pretty cool. But in the very beginning when the 3DS came out there were no good games. But now at E3, Nintendo announced the release of Mario Kart 3DS, Super Mario 3D, Luigi's Mansion 2, and a bunch of others from other developers. And of course there is the ever popular Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D which is a best seller. That's the best game out there right now for the 3DS. But of course, when the holiday season comes around, that's when all those games I mentioned earlier are being released. So I would suggest getting it then. Plus you should also wait until the price drops which should be soon because I heard on the news that Nintendo is going to cut the price because it's selling so slowly. $250 is pretty expensive for this thing. But do you know what really gets me pumped up thinking about? Nintendo announced at E3 this year that they are going to make a SUPER SMASH BROS FOR THE 3DS!!!!!!!! CLICK THUMBS UP IF YOU THINK IT'S GOING TO BE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Nintendo 3DS Review

Nintendo really outdid themselves with this new system. Now youas a buyer, have a decision to make. The Nintendo 3DS is dropping to $169.99 on August 12th. If you buy it before this day, you get 20 FREE Virtual Console games. So now is the PERFECT time to get a 3DS.
The 3D effect on it actually works, but if you move/tilt it, you'll get an annoying double vision screen. The 3D has a huge effect on the 3DS, and its not like a DS Lite with 3D effect. It's more like a Wii on the go, with a 3D effect and there are many great features on the 3DS.
The features on the 3DS includes Nintendo eShop & Sound Nintendo Camera & Sound (Music), Mii Creator, StreetPass, AR Cards, Activity Log, Download Play, and System Settings. There are also Play Coins you earn for every 100 steps you take with the system on Sleep Mode. These Play Coins can be used for two minigames on StreetPass, Find Mii and Puzzles that make a 3D Picture. The Nintendo eShop is where you download NES and GBA Classics, as well as some little accesories that you can have (such as Mario Clock). AR stand for Augumented Reality, which is when you place the 3DS over a card that comes with the system. It creates mini games over the card, and it looks real.
The games might be the biggest concern and complaint for many when it comes to the 3DS. The hits for 3DS are Super Street Fighter IV and The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D. Otherwise the games aren't that great. There will be fun games during the Holiday Season.
Overall, the 3DS is a nice piece of hardware, and a must have for Nintendo Fanboys. It will be interesting to see how it compares to the PlayStation Vita. What is going on now, is similar to the Console Wars, between PS3 Wii and 360. Favoritism. There will be guarenteed classics and better games. This is what I think of the Nintendo 3DS.

Not GBA games on VC
onAugust 6, 2011
Nintendo's not putting GBA games on VC. They put Gameboy games on VC which was the first hand held system Nintendo had to offer. Gameboy Advance is different.
