I always loved the ds franchise. I played my ds lite for countless hours with friends and on road trips. I hated the dsi though! I felt that it was a system that tried to be next generation, but just added lots of useless features to an already good system, thus making it pointless. Now, nintendo is stepping its game up with a truly next generation portable system. The graphics look great on the crisp new widescreen display(graphics have never really mattered to me, but its good to see nintendo taking it to the next level). The analog stick makes controlling games so much easier, and it wont break off like those little nubs on the psp. Backwards compatibility is good even though regular ds games look blotchy, and the virtual console service is a great pluss too. The $250 price is a bit much, but its still worth every penny. I, along with many other 3ds owners, was very disappointed with the launch titles, but at E3 nintendo anounced SO MANY great titles that will be out by the end of that year. This system is a great buy for ANY gamer, whether your the animal crossing type or a resident evil kind of gamer. My friend code is 4854-6443-2104. yeah no one buy the 3Ds it sucks even the controls suc. it hurts ur eyes. its not even in 3D get a ps3 it has better graphics. the 3Ds only have a little bit of games

i agree, i don't have one, it dosen't hurt me, but i agree its not 3d, my brother says "its just like crossing your eyes"!

A New Way To Game

Nintendo has always been an innovator when it came to the gaming world.First for touch screens,first for motion control,and first for glassesless 3D.People complain about the price but it's fair considering how much technology they put into it.The battery life is bad but here you can buy the Nyko battery pak witch doubles its battery life.Sure the launch games wern't that good but two months later we have Ocarina of Time 3D and buy the end of the year we will see many great first-party and third-party games.I hope convinced one person that the 3DS flaws can be solved.
