Saints Row The Third
Years after taking Stilwater for their own, the Third Street Saints have evolved from street gang to household brand name, with Saints sneakers, Saints energy drinks and Johnny Gat bobble head dolls all available at a store near you. The Saints are kings of Stilwater, but their celebrity status has not gone unnoticed. The Syndicate, a legendary criminal fraternity with pawns in play all over the globe, has turned its eye on the Saints and demands tribute. Refusing to kneel to the Syndicate, you take the fight to Steelport, a once-proud metropolis reduced to a struggling city of sin under Syndicate control. LOL game of the year...not even close. As a gamer I would hope such a disgusting game like this wouldn't get game of the year! Especially with so many other great titles out there that take intelligence to play.

This game is perfect for: casual gamers
Want to play the ultimate screw around game of the decade? Well here it is. This game takes free roam, crazy, mindless fun to a whole new level. One thing is for sure: This game is NOT for kids! It is vulgar and filthy so parents please be aware if your kids ask for this game. It is great fun for mature adults though so have at it.
The story doesn’t amount to much. You are a gang who ended up in a new city and basically just decided to take it over. The whole game is making that happen. There is nothing deep, but it’s not really meant to be anyway. There are hilarious cut scenes and scenarios so you are bound to have a few laughs while playing this.
I absolutely love that there is a good co-op in this game. Nothing is left out and you can hop back and forth between single player and co-op easily. It is so much fun to screw around with friends so I definitely recommend grabbing a friend for this one.
The graphics are nice, there is good music and the sounds effects are decent enough. The controls are easy and the gameplay works well. I love the weapon variety and the funny ways to kill people. However, I was disappointed with the variety of cloths and car customization. It feels limited and it is very hard to truly create any look you want.
The game is fun and will be well suited to people who enjoy free-roams and are reasonably mature. You won’t be engrossed by the story and at times the game will frustrate you (especially when you are trying to get somewhere and enemy vehicles keep blocking you in and won’t let you move at all, or your teammates won’t get in the car no matter what), but you have a super time, trust me.

Let me say that i played saints row 2 myself but what i cant understand is why so many people dislike this game compared to the previous titles. This games story can be frustrating some times when it comes to making some of the choices it gives you. But its worth it to see what happens to yourself and the saints in the end. I also need to say that even after the story, all challenges ,thefts, and assassinations. I still had plenty to do from collecting each of the rare vehicles racking up kills and money and just exploring / easter egg hunting. Yes the graphics are bad but what do you expect from an old game. the controls are simple and easy to learn as long as you leave the settings on basic.I still personally prefer saints row 2 over srtt.

When I first bought this game I was blown away! Then I got further and further in the campaign and it was starting to go bad. Once I beat the game I was bored with it. There are alot of glitches in the game like getting your head stuck in a wall when driving or when you go on those open bridges on a motorcycle your vehicle crashes through it and it is stuck. It really starts to glitch further in the campaign more of. The city was cool at 1st but it then doesnt feel alive anymore. The combat with your fists is fun though! I love punching the trash out of cops. Especially when you press LT and you have to press buttons to make a combo. Your over powered in the game also. Its too easy. Its easy to get 5 star wanted level and you can survive it for as long as you feel like it. Your overpowered and the enemies are under powered. The story isnt that good but this game isnt meant for the story. Its meant for causing as much destruction as you can. I would reccomend this to a friend at 1st.

This game from the beginning was hilarious i enjoyed playing this game so much. the campaign is not too short and not to long. id say its kind of like grand theft auto but not i still think grand theft auto is better but this game is more funnier. Caution: when i play this game it glitches not that often but still enough to get annoying.

I've been hooked on to Saints Row ever since I played the first game, but I've noticed how the series gets more childish with every release. Saints Row used to be hood, but now it's not hood. It's just straight up whack as far as the story goes. The new customizing options are great and I love the new weapons. I love the new cars and everything, too. I don't like the city of Steelport as much as I liked the city of Stilwater and I honestly think that they should have kept Saints Row in Stilwater. Steelport is only half the size of Stilwater, so there aren't too many places to go. There also aren't any funny secret locations like there were in previous games. It only took me an hour to get used to familiar landmarks and find my way around the city, which is way too short of a time. The free roaming and killing people is funner than ever and the vehicles and weapons are crazy. There's some inappropriate humor, but none of it made me laugh hard enough. I'm hoping Saints Row 4 will be better and even more crazier.

This game is perfect for: casual gamers
GTA IV and Saints Row are two ends of the spectrum when it comes to sandbox games. Saints row has a cartoony and very humorous gameplay full of action and hours of fun. However GTA IV had one of the best sandbox stories I have seen (most people never pay attention to GTA stories) and it is more realistic with graphics and physics. Both great games but I liked GTA more but Saints Row was a good hit and I would recommend it to a friend.

SRTT is a great game. A huge step up from the first two games. The graphics are good most of the time and the game play is great. There are many weapons to choose from and can be upgraded. The only bad part about SRTT is the story. Its way to short. But most people didnt even play the story so it doesn't even matter.

I have been playing the Saints Row video games since the first one came out in 2006. Saints Row was a great games but had its flaws, it wad difficult to beat and had many glitches. The game had more of a serious and not so comedic story then. Saints Row was a fun and enjoyable game overall. When Saints Row two was released I got it the day it was released and the second I started playing, just by the visuals you could tell this game was going to be great. It had much improved graphics, new physics and a great story. The game was much easier to beat than its predecessor. The downloadable content made for an even greater experience with the game. One of my favorite, and of the best games I have played to date. Once I saw Saints Row The Thirds game play, you could see the amazing improvements the game had to offer. The new driving physics were one of the things I was looking forward to the most, a driving experience that wasn't so slow and stiff. This is the game that had the most realistic feel to it. The story was great, but fairly easy. The same goes with everything else within the game, I beat the game 100% in about 20 Hours. I would have liked to have had a longer story with more challenging activities. I have played through all the downloadable content for this game, they are all fun but also are very short like the rest of the game. The game may have been short, but it was fun and I caught myself laughing a few times. I look forward to the next game in this series!
