I love this fan it gets the job done and when you turn it off it still cools the Xbox ,and they have a new design for if you have the matte Xbox 360 slim. All in all works very good, buy it because they run out of stock fast and its Only $20.00

This is an amazing tool for your Xbox 360. I have the new 250 gig 360 and my biggest complaint for it is how much it heated up so quickly. Honestly if you have the money to buy a $300+ system, set aaside 20$ to buy this. It is welllll worth the money u pay and my Xbox has not over heated since i bought this item 2 months ago.

I got this because my cat likes to sleep on my xbox when it gets warm/hot. I figured that this is probably not a good thing, so i bought this. It works great, and keeps my cat off. the only downside is that it doesn't match the xbox. it is not the same color and it is glossy.

the gap. and dust accumulating around it...
This works wonderfully. Its easy to clean, you just need a can of air to blow off all the dust that gets sucked thru it eventually. My ONLY dislike about the product is it doesnt sit flush all around on my xbox. Maybe i just have a defective one but i wish it had a good seal around the edges so it doesnt suck in dust thru the sides....

Try using weather stripping or rubber gasket material. You might also try cork sheet, check out art supply stores. I have cats too and use cheese cloth (one layer only) across the intake to help cut down on the dust and fur. Oh I just got an Xbox but use these on my PS3. If I get this intercooler it seems like I might be trying them on it. Good Luck
