This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers
Years and years ago a type of game called "Point-and-Click Adventure Games" was very popular.... since graphics weren't that good and processing power was low: games depended on witty writing and interesting plots to have success. There were some Sam and Max games back in this time period.... and I was thrilled to discover that this newer entry in the series has all of the humor and charm of the older titles.
The game is essentially one giant "Easter Egg".... you know, those little hidden (usually humorous) gems that are hidden in some games.... every place you go has tons of funny anecdotes that you can discover that have nothing to do with the plot or advancing the game. It's kind of like a giant interactive Monty Python movie.... if you like that kind of off-the-wall humor (like Mel Brooks or Scary Movie) you'll be laughing non-stop during this game. I was lucky enough to get it for a dollar ($1) during a PS3 Flash Sale.... but for the $20 price tag I'd HIGHLY recommend this game..... few things make me laugh-out-loud and this game had me laughing just about non-stop. An action game it is not.... but it's jam-packed with humorous enjoyment if you have that wacky sense of humor like I do.
