What happened to Blacktop? Why would 2K sports destroy the most fun this franchise ever offered. NBA 2K11 had Blacktop 21 and one on one. Now it's just the same gameplay as regular except with blacktop background graphics. That sucks. Passing is really horrible! AI players never go to where they should and gameplay controls are just stupid. 2K11 was a much better game. Certainly much more fun to play, and Multi-player in 2K11 was way more fun. I guess 2KSports wants to lose NBA just like the NHL. If you want to get frustrated and throw your controller out the window or through your Monitor get this game. Otherwise save a bunch of money and just pickup NBA 2K11 cuz it's way more fun!

good but frustrating

the very good graphics and fun gameplay of 2k12 is great, but my player can be extremely frustrating. i find myself dribling of a guys leg or passing to the wrong person way too much. Overall, its a pretty fun game, but my player could be wayyy more fun.

I LOVE THIS GAME.... Graphics are very great... and the best part is creating a legend mode... its bassically my player with an actuall nba player its so cool.... and the shoes go hrd af... best game... cant wait until 2k13

Well, when I first started playing NBA games was about 07'. And from the time span between them makes this game amazing. I was totally ready to get this when I started playing the demo, The things that amazed me was in My Player mode you had interviews after you made your character and played the game. when I saw that you could change the shoes I almost died. Its an major improvement in my opinion.
I like the game but blacktop changed and i dont really play my player all that much so i like playing association. Gameplay is good but when ever i play above ameteur [ Which I crush them] every pass i take it gets picked!!!!! So anyway needs some inprovements but a good game overall.
