I would not recommend this game for someone who plays video games once in awhile. This is by far one of the more realistic sports games to hit the market., though there are things it lacks. The pros: gameplay is very realistic, you can't go off in this game and do as you please offensively, it requires strategy and smartplay. Amazing graphics and detail (with HDMI). Great revamping of My Player mode, going in depth with it on a personalization level. Association mode is as good as always. The Cons: the rookies have not been added in yet (which will happen slowly). Sometimes the gameplay glitches, the computer is too good sometimes even with a mediocre team. Other than that nothing else is to say, just that if you choose to buy it, be prepared for a real nba gameplay experience, that means no easy buckets.

This game would be good if it didn't have so many problems. When opening the game and playing it for a day it was fine. But about 2 days later i began to see all of the problems with this game. The game just is good for playing against friends or family in my opinion. otherwise i wouldn't waste my money on this. This game had the potential to be the best basketball game out there, but 2k11 is better.
