This game is perfect for: casual gamers
This game is definitely one of the better modern Sonic games. Playing as Classic Sonic was such an awesome throwback experience. You get to experience each level in a classic and modernized form. There are loads of challenges and extra art/music to unlock for your collection. The story is simple and straight to the point. A must have for any Sonic lover! Happy 20th Sonic !

I've been long awaitng this game, mainly because I found out it would bring back City Escape, and Chemical Plant I blown away. They're also bring back some of my favorite boss fights. Plus the pre-order bonuses you get are also amazing. I truly can't wait for November 1st, I hope you all enjoy this game as much as I do. Happy 20th to Sonic!!!!

ok this is the game that made sonic good again.first off you platform your way through the level with classic sonic.then you race through remade stages as modern sonic without any gimmicks.like aliens or swords or magic powers.second,you have awesome music remixes.third,the levels are awesome in any and all way classic and modern. after dr.eggmans failure once again he finds a new force called time eater.time eater can travel through time.so this story is.........time eater takes all of sonic`s friends and traps them.it is up to sonic to find them.but on the way he meets his past form,classic sonic.so now both sonics have to restore color and life to the planet by acelirating throug the levels. THE END

Okay, the idea of having the option to play as old Sonic and new Sonic is great. Not to mention that old Sonic is SGI ^3^ It's sad that it will be coming out for us in December though. 20th year celebration will be a delay for us ^3^'

This game is perfect for: casual gamers
So i beat this game today, I flew through the levels. Some of the levels were confusing at first but I got through it. Sega defenitly did a good job redesigning the levels and the boss battles. And they brought back some great levels sky sanctuary, green hill zone :), and the boss battles the fight with chaos was epic but i was sad bc you weren't super sonic. But here's what I wanted in this game, now most of the sonic and knuckles fans will agree that sandopolis zone was hard and annoying with the ghosts I was really hoping that was going to be apart of this game but nope its not. I missed how you could fight the boss in the level, like in sonic and knuckles sky sanctuary metal sonic fight x3. That stuff is epic, but the other thing about metal sonic is i hope that they redesigned him in sky s. but nope that was a disappointment for me. The trailer says battle notorious bosses yet they left out the best ones metal overlord, the final hazard, the doomsday zone, classic metal sonic ( not this new MS, sorry excuse for MS.). I felt like the 2nd eggman battle was more of a challenge than the last boss. I wish there was some online play racing or something with someone, not even two player that sucks. Oh and some of the challenges are different and some are pretty stupid. Well i think i've covered everything. If your a hardcore sonic player definitely get this game but you will beat the story in three days or less and get over half the achievements in that timeframe. If your good that is... BY THE WAY XBOX ADD SONIC ADVENTURE 2 BATTLE ALREADY!!!!

in 1991 sonic made a dubut and started a new battle between sega and nintendo in I think 2001 sega and nintendo made up and ever since then sega was just a third party company this year sega will make a comeback with this game with re makes of sonic adventure 2!!!!!!!

so far from the gameplay ive seen this game will be very enjoyable classic and modern their if i had to choose between modern and classic sonic i would choose both because modern sonic has incredible speed and classic sonic well when i was a toddler i use to play sonic 1,2,and 3 and so SEGA brought back my toddler years sonic shall live long 20 years and still unstoppable

Sonic meets original sonic is the best thing in the word. With all classical levels like city escape and modern sonic can play city escape , too. So if you're a classical gamer than get this game.
