Sonic Generations is a amazing game. Everything except for the fact that the lasting appeal was not that long, it has bonus things but besides that there are only about 25 full levels. Compare that to some of the other sonic games. Oh well, do not focus on the negatives, this game is awesome. The levels they give you are EPIC, if there were more levels this would probably be my favorite sonic game, which is saying a lot. IT IS WORTH THE 30 DOLLARS, SO GET IT

This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers

I have Sonic Unleashed for the PS3 and loved the Day Time Stages,the Werehog stages were fun too just that they were too long,Sonic Generations brings back the Classic 2D gameplay from the genesis games and it brings back the 3D levels of the Wii version of Sonic Colors and the Day time stages of Sonic Unleashed.I have 6 words for you:it-can't-get-better-than-this.OH and the Xbox 360 version is great too but the controls feel better on the PS3.

This has been the best sonic game for a long time. it has awesome gameplay. i really love playing as modern sonics speedy stages, and classic sonics platforming stages. This is a GREAT game to any sonic fan, while the story is short, there are extra goodies to. (like red star rings to collect for music and artwork) i really recommend this game to any sonic fan

I just played the green hill demo for it and it is everything i could've hoped for and much much more.... Its like sonic 4 but way better... graphics and controls are definitely better and twice if not 3x as fun... the depth for classic sonic levels is awesome.... play the demo everyone its only available for 18 more days.... cant wait until it comes out

That was super cool original sonic is in a new sonic game. The only other thing i hope they put in is other characters to be playable. That would be really cool but the one thing that could make it even better would be to add chao garden. That's the one thing that kept me playing sonic adventure battle 2 and that'll keep me playing sonic generations.

This game is perfect for: casual gamers

This is a great Sonic game, I love the nostalgic feel with the old levels. I played the Demo verison on the PC and watched Playthroughs on YouTube and knew this one i had to get. I love playing as Classic Sonic & Modern Sonic. My only gripe is the game is short. The Orignal Sonic The Hedgehog game is an Unlockable in this game. I like that. :)

This game is perfect for: casual gamers

SEGA, I have to admit that you REALLY tried to do something special for Sonic's 20th anniversary, but I also have to admit that you could have done little bit better.
The gameplay of Sonic Generations is fantastic and the visuals are extremely beautiful, but the down side of Sonic Generations was that there were a few bosses to fight against.

aw yeah sonikku is back, "sonikku is what they call sonic in japanese". ive seen the gameplay as well as played the demo for the 2D sonic. all i can really say is the gameplay is a little salty. what i mean is it could be better. ill have to see when it comes out in november what it will be like. but hey its sonics 20th anniversary.

Well this game is not the best nor the worst in the seris but in my opinion it has the best music, best graphics, but its just too short.if you like games like sonic heros you would not like it because it is super short, but if your new to the seris give it a try!
