great headset has one flaw

had this headset for awhile now and they finally broke they wont charge anymore. cant figure out whats wrong but going out today to get another pair. i think they are a great product just need to be built a little better.

its great but for me it lags

ive had these headset for like a month now and wow the sound were great for me it was pretty light weight..but the problem was that when i plugged them in to the ps3 and played call of duty mw3 it would make the game lag a lot and soon would make a strange sound which would be annoying like heck. does this happen to anyone else ??
