Mass Effect 3 N7 Collector’s Edition
Not everyone will survive. An ancient alien race, known only as "Reapers", has launched an all-out invasion leaving nothing but a trail of destruction in their wake. Earth has been taken, the galaxy is on the verge of total annihilation, and you are the only one who can stop them. The price of failure is extinction. You are Commander Shepard, a character that you can forge in your own image. You determine how events will play out, which planets to explore, and whom to form alliances with as you rally a force to eliminate the Reaper threat once and for all. How you wage this war is completely up to you: go into combat with guns blazing or use cover to plan a more tactical assault. Utilize your squad to full effect or take a lone wolf approach. Rain death from a distance or go toe - to-toe with enemies using devastating melee attacks. Mass Effect 3 will react to each decision you make as you play through a truly unique experience of your own creation.

This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers
So far I've only had the time to play half of the demo and I havn't played any of the multiplayer but from what I've played I can tell that this is going to be the best Mass Effect yet! I have the collectors edition pre-ordered. Can't wait!

The first two games in the series were awesome and I have no doubt that ME3 will be just as awesome. I can't think of another game that I've been this excited for. March 6 needs to get here....like now! At least the demo will be out next week :)

This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers
I'm so excited about this game!!! Had it pre-ordered since last October!
I've got a kinect so I can't wait to see how it will work with it, the trailer makes it seem like it will be alot easier to just tell your other characters what to do, no more flipping through a paused menu to find what you want and accidentally selecting the wrong thing.
I also have the stategy guide for this baby pre-ordered. I always have a strategy guide but only use them on second playthroughs, I like going through on my own at first,(and failing epically alot ^.^)
I've got to say from what I've both seen and heard this game is going to be a fantasic edition to the mass effect series.
In all I can't wait to kick some reaper butt!!

Why stop preorders for this on Xbox 360?

Seems that I'm out of luck too. What I don't want to do is buy the CE edition of ME3 for Xbox at a competitor's store and have to turn to Ebay to get the Gamestop codes.
If the demand for the X360 version is so high, why not make more? I want to buy this game and the LE guide from Gamestop and no where else. But I may have to go elsewhere because I simply "can't" do it here.

had gotton my copy Of the Mass Effect 3: Collectors Edition in time before they sold out oh and you mught not like the game/demo but just download the Kingdoms of Armulas just for the extra Armor for Mass Effect 3

This is why I don't buy collector's Editions. Sold out? Yeah right. The game isn't even out. This will be on the market place shortly after so no worries. As far as the game goes great all around! GStop/EB Games if you were smart I would sell game content on your site and not these silly Editions. FYI the used game market will be ending in the near future so find your next income...content.

Well for one I have to say i just started playing the Mass Effect franchise during Christmas and immediately after i became a fanatic!! Why did i not buy these games when they came out?? But yes ME3 is off the chain from what ive seen and heard. Ive played through one and two 4 times each and sadly i had to get rid of my xbox but upgrading to the elite in feb. So although sad I had to loose my memory..im excited to start over again lol!! I think 3 will be crazy and i cant wait to see how my decisions in the first two games affect what happens in this epic game!! Month and a half im ready for it!!!!

The war is no longer a world war its universal! Its not just mankind its all kind! Threatned by the reapers! So strap in and get ready for the best of the trilogy! There invading earth and everyone is guning for you. Your only hope is to finally unite all the race in a glactic war what choices will you make and how far will you go to be sucessfull. To Those New to the Franchise

I'm a hardcore fan of the ME series so I already know what ME3 will have in store for me but I tend to write Previews that give insight into the games to those that are new to it. Obviously, if you are new to ME, I definitely recommend getting/borrowing ME1 and ME2. I will go over the ups and downs for each. The problems Mass Effect that stood out for me were the constant "loading" times (installing it to my hard drive didn't really help), relatively short firefights, and the constant texture popping. But Mass Effect has plenty of upsides including a very engaging story with interesting characters. It does have shooter elements and you can customize your guns and armor (obviously since it's an RPG). Not to mention, I've played through it several times and each time I encountered something different. There are also important decisions to make. As for ME2, the skills were really dumbed down whereas ME1 felt like an RPG to the core. It is an RPG but I wish there had been more thought out skill trees. The power wheel IS incredibly upgraded and your powers are essential in higher difficulty levels. For example certain enemies will be prone to different powers: Mechs with Armor are prone to 'Incinerate' while those with Barriers are prone to 'Warp.' It adds a different feel to the action. Also it was great to see the decisions from ME1 carried over to ME2 and it felt that in ME2 your decisions carried greater weight. Remember how I said ME1 had interesting characters? That's simply an understatement in ME2. The story, IMO, wasn't as original as the first but still succeeds and the action is relentless. There are those that feel ME2 suffers from being too much of a shooter than an RPG and I respect those opinions however this series wouldn't have survived if BioWare hadn't taken steps towards a shooter direction. Play through ME1 and 2 before making the decision to pre-order this game. Simply put both ME1 and 2 were a blast. They aren't perfect games but you will find yourself immersed in the universe that BioWare has created.
