i got the psvita early in 2012 and it works good the touchscreen is amazing. the games that are out for it aren't that good though if your getting it i would recommend uncharted golden abyss you can download apps like youtube skype twitter and even netflix for free. it has a front and rear camera and front and back touchscreen. the browser sucks and the battery is ok. it fits pretty good in your hands and you can use a bluetooth to talk to people online. if you have a ps3 you can link your account from there and talk to friends while on the go. there are no cross platform games (where you can play ps3 games on the psvita) which sucks. and 3g is 15:00 dollars if you don't have wifi and the audio is low the cameras are at 1.3 megapixels. it is the best handheld out there and can keep you occupied if you're on the go i give it about a 6 to a 7

The bad: No developers seem interested to make games that can be used between the vita and ps3. The browser is terrible, every time you scroll down, you have to wait for the screen to load. Using the browser, you can't watch any videos. If cost is important to you, than the system is pricey, compared to other handhelds, like the 3ds. The battery isn't anything to brag about either, when in "sleep mode" it dies in under 2 days. The good: the screen is amazing, way better than my iPad 2. the touch pad on the back is pretty cool when games make use of it, and you can use it to scroll on some apps like Facebook. The cameras are average, but they aren't designed for taking high resolution photos, they work well on Skype, and the augmented reality apps are fun to use. The vita has potential, just isn't being used.
