note before i start reviewing this i do not own the PS Vita. i played my friend's vita for about half an hour and loved it. the games are incredibly easy to control and look stunning, and the apps work great for music and video. the cameras take great photos/video, and movies like iron man 2 and the dark knight look stunning. the OS is an android spinoff in ways, but it works great. you can suspend multiple software programs at a time and pick them back up easily. the touch controls are easy to use and very precise, and the buttons are great and responsive. i dont currently have a PS Vita, but am getting the assassin's creed bundle as soon as it releases! (and i have a 360 and 3DS and must say my opinion is that all video game hardware is best at its own thing. 360: fast-paced shooters. PS3: online play. 3DS: simple but fun games in 3D. Vita: on the go shooters, fighters, and action games)

I love the vita 10 times better than my 3ds and yes I do have a 3ds flame red and its great but vita is a lot better for games and more it feels like a 2012 device unlike the 3ds it's amazing get this a 4gb memory card and a resistance for free at GameStop hurry it won't last long

I love this thing its almost like playing a portable ps3 no doubt best portable on the market. THIS IS A MUST BUY!!!!!

When I opened this and turned it on, I felt a feeling I haven't felt in a long time. A feeling I haven't felt since I first turned on my first portable system, the Game Boy Pocket. I played that little thing so much I went through the 10 hour (YES 10 HOUR!) battery life a pair of AAA batteries will give you by the time I fell asleep. With the PS Vita, or the PSP 3 as I prefer to call it (skips 2 because it is that much advanced) I have felt that feeling again. It may not have many games out right now, but in the future, it will have a myriad of games for every Playstation nostalgic and newcomer alike! I'm already looking forward to some new games and features to come soon, that will make this system every bit as close to the next generation portable system Sony said we will have. Sony has given developers a device that can give gamers one of the best video game experiences ever, all they have to do is take advantage. I recommend considering the highest GB memory card you can afford, 16GB or 32 GB. I have a 16GB card and I've already used up half of it on just basic on-the-go downloadable PSP downloadable games and apps.
