but then again, the 3DS started out the same way. Don't get me wrong, I had a lot of fun with my 3DS, but I wasn't gonna pay full price for the Vita. As such, sacrifices had to be made. Despite that, I'm having a massive amount of fun with this. Graphics are only slightly better than the 3DS. The Vita also does quite a bit more as far as applications go. The front touch screen is quite responsive and the home menu kind of one-ups the ps3's xmb in my opinion. the rear touch pad is also very quick to respond though the only thing I used that for was the Welcome Park. The Party feature is a very nice addition, allowing for cross-game chat. I can't say anything about the AR functions or the music and video as I havent used those yet. Overall, a well designed and versitile handheld. One of the few gripes I have about this are the price and the fact that there is no support for existing memory sticks. Not too keen on having to buy a whole new memory card just for this system. with time, however, this can be overlooked. As said before, it's a very well put together system that beats the pants off it's predecessor. It might just be the handheld to finally challenge Nintendo's 3DS. We'll just have to wait and see. A bit of advice though. Consider throwing down some trade-ins so you'll have less strain on your wallet.

This is a REALLY TOTAL AWESOME handheld from Sony. i play the PLAYSTATION VITA at GameStop before it lanch & i really like it very much

I bought the PS Vita and i had never regreted buying it. The games that came out were great and it had awesome graphics. Also it surpasses the 3DS and it has a beautiful 5" OLED Screen. For u all, i reccomend this SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got it last night, well this morning for the midnight launch and ever since i got it iv been really impressed with it. the only thing i did not like about this is that it didnt come with a memory card or any external memory
