Best gaming counsel ever and forever.
PostedJune 16, 2012
I love PS3. I have gone through 3 Playstations, which last about 4 years because of all the stuff jammed into it. It is the best system around. I have all Sony TVs and gaming systems, PS2 and 3 and PSP.

The PS3 is amazing, but has it's flaws
PostedJune 16, 2012
First let's start off with, don't read the reviews that have xbox fan boys crying their eyes out and giving this amazing system a 1. I have an xbox and it's great but the PS3 is a better choice for plenty of reasons. The PS3 is more reliable, it also has AMAZING exclusives for it, the games tend to look better on it too. The only down side is that the online isn't that well. If you're looking to talk to people with mics and stuff, don't bother with a ps3, in my experience I barley find anyone with a mic on the PS3 (This was back when mw2 came out) But anyway, the PS3 is overall amazing and I can't wait to get a new one.

last longer than xbox
PostedJune 15, 2012
in my opinion, the ps3 is better in terms of durability, the xbox overheats and it wont function well (from what i heard) i had my ps3 for 3 years, i always overheat it and it still works, just glitches a bit, and its always hot when i play it. its psn is free, so im not complaing, and has some great games like killzone, uncharted and infamous. but the only thing is its 300 bucks, abit pricy, but worth it if you dont want to pay 50 bucks per year for online, it may not have kinnect, but still a good consoule

I might get it
onJune 27, 2012
I don't have a PS3,Xbox 360,or a Vita, but i am most likely gonna get a PS3 and recommend cause it's the most cheapest. Because the Vita you need to buy a memory card which it is around $60 i know some are cheaper but i hear that you need at least 16 GB to save your games. Also Vita games cost about $30-$40.Plus the vita it self is at least $250 so total that is over $340. Now about the Xbox 360. It is at least $120. And if you want to keep playing you need batteries and a charger - - -> $20 and if you want to keep your Xbox alive you'll need a cooling system another $20 out of your pocket. And im not to sure about how much you need to pay to play online but i hear it's $80 for 2 years. And if there is somebody else in the house that wants to play you'll need another controller which is at least $30 so total it is $270.Now imagine if you got a Xbox that cost at least $200.Man those numbers will rise even higher. And i usually here that the Xbox dose not last long. Now the PS3 which is as cheap as $200 plus a free memory card plus a $20 to $60 dollar game is at least $220 dollars plus a controller is as cheap as $45 and total is at least $265. Plus free online gaming. Now thank you for taking your time to read this. And again i recommend the PS3 because its the system that is the cheapest, lasts longer, and some other reason.

Great System for a Great Price
PostedJune 13, 2012
So I was debating a few days ago whether to pick up a PS3 or 360, and the debate raged between my friends and I. While I'll admit the 360 has some great games in the library, I've always thought that the PS3 just had a slight edge in graphics and presentation. I rolled the decision around in my head taking into account what my friends all said as well as what I was going to get for my investment.
It really did take me a few days to finally buckle down and make the purchase, but I just couldn't make myself buy a 360 and miss out on better graphics and the ability to play Blu-Ray. To me, the Blu-Ray functionality was well worth the price difference, and the lack of machine-crippling problems just made this the more secure (and entertaining) purchase.
Overall, it's a great system with great graphics and a good library, and the functionality is second to none. If you're in the market for a system and you're not sure which way to go, the PS3 will always be a safe choice.
