The PS3 is a great system. It's slim, quiet, runs quickly, and has high def. graphics. If you want a game system with awesome graphics, more exclusives, and a multi-tasking device, go with the PS3. Although the online is free It is still not as good as XBL. Still an awesome system though.

I have had a playstation for 5 years now, and ive had to send it in for repairs 4 times now. Either the disk reader breaks after 6 months, or the console overheats and I get the yellow light of death. Im happy to say im finally getting an xbox. Who cares you have to pay 5$ a month to play online, Its well worth it!

PS3s have the lowest instances of hardware failure on the market. The review here is not credible at all. The notorious hardware he's speaking of actually pertains to Xbox 360. It ended up costing microsoft over 1 billion dollars to extend everyone's warranty because their hardware kept failing. (A 54.2% failure rate). You don't have to take my word for it, please do the research yourself.

I have always played xbox, and dont get me wrong, i still do, but i just bought the PS3 and i have to say, it blew me away. the graphics, the performance. the things that really impressed me were the speed and the responsiveness. everything about the PS3 is faster than the xbox. on the xbox, when you press a button on the controller, there is a delay before the action is completed. on the ps3, that is nonexistant. the controller is far lighter than that of the xbox and the built in rechargable batteries are a plus. the battery in the controller charges fast and keeps the charge for hours. Overall, i definitely prefer the PS3 over the xbox.

I have two xbox 360s, i wanted to try a new system and i observed that the xbox 360 and the ps3 is the exact same thing. Performance is the same. Online gaming is no difference. The big difference is that the PS3 you can save more money and you don't have to pay for online gaming. PS3 is possibly louder than the xbox. In a couple of words. JUST GET AN XBOX 360, it has all you need and more. You just have to pay a little bit more.

Then Explain To Me Why The 360 Doesnt Have Region Free NTSC? You Can Play Japanese / JAP Format or PAL Format on ps3 for xbox you have to a buy a japanese Xbox So I Dont Wanna Hear It And My Ps3 has been ticking since launch and i just recently decided to upgrade to a new one and gave my fiance the old one the only thing is the hard drive is bigger but if so just go buy a 320GB and swap it yourself
