My mom bought these for me for Christmas and i was extremely excited to try these out. They were perfect until June when the left ear cup cut out and since that's where the mic is, it's now completely useless so please, do yourself a favor and buy tritton's or something

The first three months were great! Worked fine, never dropped, stepped on, etc. Then the left earcup cut out. After I sent in a warranty claim, I got another pair back and they worked fine for about another month and a half. Then the chat channel stopped working, and everything went fuzzy. It's the cord connecting to the mixer that's poorly made. It was that same cord every time I sent it in. Do NOT get this product, as you will get what you paid for.

I got these right around christmas, first pair of turtle beaches finally upgrading from the standard microsoft headset. They started off great. Fantastic sound quality, very comfortable and easily adjustable. I loved the Delta logo on the right side too. but about two months ago (the same time i stopped putting it back in the box just the way it came) i was no longer able to hear through the left ear. I kept using them anyway because i could still hear, but then a few days ago, if my chat volume wasnt high enough, voices sounded robotic and echoey, and then it completely linked chat volume to game volume. just yesterday i could no longer hear my party when i entered a game, and then i couldn't hear anything at all. I pulled the cord out and there is rips and tears everywhere. i barely had it six months! the next time i spend $100 on turtle beaches they're gonna be wireless. this was a big waste of money and if you don't plan on putting it back in the box everytime you use it, i highly recommend a different headset, because believe me, these WILL die on you, and much earlier than you'd expect.

Mine broke within two months. It all started with the left side shorting out and then it goes downhill from there. The first two or three weeks they were fine and comfortable But now they're just nice to look at and I have a pair of X12s. Those are worth your money...don't waste yours on these.

ive had mine for over a year and i only have 2 problems with it: 1 the wire across my room and 2 the volume controls are too easy too adjust
