it should be wierless but i love this head set the sound is amazin and it dont take batterys and it is alot better then my turtle beach earforce X31 what more could u ask 4.

These headsets are so great the sound us unbelievable, my only complaint is the cords if they didn't have so many cords it would be better if they didnt have so many wires. The 179.99 was good for what I got if it were wireless that would have put these over the top but It saves me from plenty arguements about why the tv is up so loud I can my wife can read her book while I play GOW3 and she won't hear a thing.

Great Headset

This headset is awesome!! I have been using the Tritton AX Pro with my Xbox 360 and my PS3 for the last 2 years. I have tried numerous headsets in the past and have been most impressed with the Tritton's.
Pros: TRUE DOLBY DIGITAL Great Sound Very Comfortable independent speaker controls for Front, Rear, Center, and Sub Break away cords. Works with PC, PS3, and Xbox 360
Cons: Cords, Cords, Cords Mic is stiff and not very adjustable
Overall id rate the Tritton's a 8 out of 10 Get rid of all the cords and it would be a 10!!!

How would you hook these guys up? USP port? AV cables? The last head set i bought, i could only use AV cables and diconect my HDMI from the 360.
