What more to say about the product. I was getting a lot of open disc try error alot. I was going to take my xbox360 and ask someone to repair for me but when I bought this product it works wonderfully know. I'm glad that I bought it could save you alot of money.

i was having that open tray problem and i decide to buy this product it took like 2 hours for the xbox to finally read it but once it did it it wpor perfect i did the cleaning process twice and atfter that it play the games like new firt try and everything no more open tray error i hightly recomented to anyone whos having this open tray problem

The xbox stop reading disks of any type. Ran the laser lens cleaner about 3 times and now it works perfect and can read all disk types. 16$ is a bit high for a cd with a few hairs attached to it but it beats taking it in to be serviced for a lot more. I plan on running this in all my other systems as preventive maintenance. Give this product a try before you try anything else.
