Dead Island
The island of Banoi is a lush, tropical paradise in the South Pacific where its flagship Royal Palms Resort serves as the ultimate getaway for vacationers with money to burn. However, all good things must soon come to an end - and the picturesque resort falls into madness, carnage and chaos after a mysterious and contagious zombie outbreak claims its once peaceful atmosphere. Cut off from the rest of the world, only four individuals who strangely find themselves immune to zombification have the power to protect the remaining survivors from the horrors of the island, discover what's really going on and find a way to escape before their own fatal ends.

Now this game has no story, and I usually praise games with stories, but the gameplay and multiplayer make it a fun game. Now at first you may say this game has nothing to do. It has tons to do, but it's mostly all the same, and sadly, it's not worth roaming around mostly. Now I roam around particular maps, like I hate the City of Moresby, but I love the swamp and collecting loot at the island hotel which you can also enter. It's packed with customization, and I loved it no matter how unrealistic or dumb some of them are. I also love the bloodbath arena, letting you get tons of XP. So what can I say? It's bloody fun with a punch, and multiplayer is also addicting too. Sadly, it can be repetitive and it doesn't have a story. But once again that is minor, because it's not supposed to have a story, the side quest stories make up for it anyways. The graphics are beautiful, but down to an 8 because of some glitches and it's always day (which I don't like but yet somewhat like). Overall an 8.5 out of 10, but I gave it a 9 for some credit.

This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers
This game is good and I totally recommend it to a lot of people. If you do not like gory games maybe this isn't the type of game for you. Because this is a very graphic game and some of the scenes can become very gory. It has a exceptional storyline, and it does pass the time. I like it and it is worth checking out.

Dead Island has a beautiful idea, survive with zombies everywhere. Simple enough yes, but there's not a lot of depth here. The RPG elements are pretty meh, the story is not the best, and the missions are pretty repetitive. That being said, the island looks great and was fun to explore. The combat wasn't blowing my mind but it was really enjoyable and didn't get boring throughout the game. Definitely worth a pick up at the current 20 dollar price point.

Dead Island is the best game I've ever played . If you read a review that says Dead Island is "bad" don't listen to them. This game has it all : open world , visceral combat , good graphics , sound , gameplay, etc. I will be happy to recomend this game to anyoneand everyone! I am so exited for Dead Island Riptide.

My friend let me play this game. I have had it for about two weeks now. And the game has blown me away. The game has great graphics and even better gameplay. I have always been a fan of open world games. If you are also a fan i strongly recomend buying this game.

Dead Island should only be put as survival action. Because it really isnt scary at all and even though theres zombies in it it shouldnt be called survival horror due to its lack of everything scary. Plus the game is definitely fun but is ametuer to its title of being a zombie game. If I ever play riptide, it'll be at my friends house because right now I have low expectations for it.

I love this game, its my most favorite zombie game ever. I love that you can beat the story but play through it again with all you weapons and items and ranks unaffected. I think I`m on my 4th or 5th play through off it. This game never gets old. I totaly recommend this to anybody that loves zombie games.
