I was back and forth on buying this due to there being an equal amount of good reviews to bad. I took the chance and made a deal with my local gamestop manager that if it didnt work i could return it but it actually worked better than i expected. Pairing with the xbox and my EVO 3d went flawlessly and operate quicker. the transition from chat to phone is instant instead of any slight delay i expected. I stream my stored music as well as online (slacker radio) and the sound is very good even though its not stereo. Chat audio in both directions is top notch as well. Unless your needs involve the turtle beach headsets i would definitely consider this.

When I first saw this I had one thought, what a rip off. A few weeks later and 2 wired xbox live headsets later i was at gamestop determined to spend $74 (after tax) on this bluetooth headset. I was surprised that it worked well the first time i set it up to play online. After seeing that i thought to myself, i can use this to talk on the phone and use this when i skype/play pc games!!! turns out the money spent on this will be and has been worth it so far compared to if i were to spend $280 on a pair of turtle beach headsets (seriously now thats a rip off)

This headset though only does voice chat when turtle beach headsets also give you in game sound. Wearing headphones to play a game almost always gives a person an advantage because they can hear more. For $40 you can get a turtle beach headset that works on PC just like this, has game audio and obviously costs way less. This product is still a rip off. The $280 headset from turtle beach has surround sound so you know EXACTLY where all of your enemies are. You can also program the headset to only hear enemy footsteps so it gives you even more of an advantage. Worth the money.

For something that cost $70, it is unbelievably horrifying. Whenever i try to talk to my friends, they only hear half of what i say.

Are you sure that it wasn't just your connection? I know that my friends told me to stop trying to talk because of the same thing but thats when i had some cheat internet. I got a better company where my connectiong was better and they can hear me clearly.
