I am shocked that many people had such high hopes for this game! Obviously this is just something to get us ready for resident evil 6! i mean really why would they release two games a year like that all of a sudden. not to mention, this is a capcom game, so you should do what i am doing and wait until 6 comes out, and knowing capcom this game will be 20 bucks by then.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon city makes an attempt at showing a different aspect of the franchise. You also get to kill iconic figures of the game (or not) and that affect the later gameplay. And that all sound great, In theory of course. When i heard i could shoot bad guys to make the zombies attack them, I thought "MUST HAVE ORC!" Unfortunately, this game is just god-awful. The cover system will make you hug a wall that tyou are walking parallel to and the first level has you fight a large BOW. And when i saw fighting a BOW i mean running away from it like a little girl. The graphics are amazing along with the sound quality, however that only gets you so far when the game plays like an old arcade game

Not Couch Co-Op Friendly!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, just went and got this game after waiting roughly 4-5 months for it. Was really excited about it. Couldn't wait. Back of the game case said "Co-Op 2-4" but "Players 1" Was soooooooo mad!!!!!!! I have 2 RE LOVERS in this house who were ready to do some zombie killing competitions!!!!!!! But NOOOOOOOOO Rather than following the pattern they had started with RE:5 they downgrade it to single player campaign with 7 chapters. Can you say lame? Sooooo not worth the extra. Stradegy guide doesn't even mention co-op. Just versus. Kinda not looking forward to RE:6 as much as i was.....Why advertise if you aren't gonna do it? To our understanding it was gonna be couch co op!!!!!!!! can you say FAIL!!!!!!!!!

This game is great. The only time I stop playing it is when I go to work. I love RE and if you like RE I would get this game. You can move and shoot now. If you didn't play any other RE games I would play them first. Overall it is a great game and worth playing.
