Great Fighting game series
As someone who has been playing and following blazblue since its release and before I can say the franchise is blossoming into one of the finest fighters out there. Sure it has its moments but what fighting game doesnt. The characters are fun and the Story is well thought out and keeps you wondering and trying to figure out whats gonna happen next. Overal great game and as a Fan of the series i recommend anyone to give it a try.

I beaten Calamity trigger, this game has a new mode of Calamity trigger "Reconstruction", New mode where gamers can be given new insight and main idea of how story is structured, then you're off on your own. Picking/selecting a fighter completing their perspective, so don't worry not liking game cause you have to buy first game (Unless you want to play first game to see individual fighters perspective.). Just like it's predecessor, you have to complete certain percentage, not that you have to, just play to find the right ending by picking right choices. All fighters have their own perspective and uniqe characteristic you will find or be in love. TAO-KAKA FOR THE WIN <3
Learning curve is somewhat like street fighter if you're familiar with that controls. Although movement and response CAN be slow, but a lot of characters of "Dashing" moves to move around screen fast that can make gameplay fast and fluid, had so much fun with that.
There's a new control mode called "Stylish" layout, where buttons are layed out for simple use of characters using special moves easier for newcomers. (Really helpful for friends who aren't into or used to fighting.)
Other game modes like "Abbys" or something like that you travel down levels and progress upgrading their states of speed, attack damage, health, and heat.
Recommend for ONLY who likes anime, fighting, and willing to sit their butts down for a good story.
DON'T BOTHER BUYING REGULAR "CONTINUUM SHIFT".
Basically it's like Capcom style "Marvel vs Capcom 3" to Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3.
This "Extended" has more effort than is it's predecessor, so yeah, it's total worth it in my book. (Though it didn't buy Continuum shift when it came out)

Great Fighting Game!!!

Simply put, BlazBlue CS Extend is a very good fighting game. The controls are excellent, even on a standard Xbox 360 or PS3 controller, the graphics are excellent, the hand drawn 2d sprites are animated very well and all the characters are pretty well detailed. Having all the DLC characters, system voices, unlimited characters, and a new playable character are all nice to have without paying extra, too. With the addition of some new modes (Unlimited Mars, and Online Team Battle), and new mechanics, such as ranking up in single player and earning cash to spend on gallery items significantly increases the games lasting appeal.Arc System Works has done it again with the new installment of BlazBlue, this is a great title for fans of the series, and newcomers alike.

Blazblue continuum shift extended is the third console installment on our current generation of consoles. This version features all the last two had to offer plus new characters new modes and stories. its my replacement for guilty gear. How ever this LE is lacking...and extra 20 bucks for a soundtrack a callender and art book :( kinda a waste considering that bb music isnt that great to begin with. australia gets a graphic novel as well with theres for the same price so again aksys is favoring others over us. last game edition japan had an awesome le wich included all of the above items and a noel nendo figure. even europe got goods...i just hope there will be a standard version....
