sleeping dogs is one of the funnest games i've ever played. The combat in this game is perfect. the story line is so fun and some of it is unexpected which is a good thing. this game is incredible and I recommend it.

This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers
this game is one of the best games i played that has a great story, you play as a cop and is and open world. the action was incredible bombs and much much more. You know mixed Martial arts as you fight your way through Hong Kong China and Bejing. this game is just like Just cause 2 in a way. you do have guns later in the game. when i got the game i was told their were guns you will use. that is true but you cant always have one on you. you can only get it in a mission. all of the Graphics are amazing but there is language you cant cut out. 60% you can cut out. Cars are fast. the only part that i did not like you have to get your face leveled up to get a faster cars and fancier cars. i still think people should get it because of how much effort was put into the game and what you can do on this. Try it wait for the guns!

This game is one of my favorite of all time! The story is great and interesting throughout the game, and the voice acting was superb. The open world is really fun to free run in and to drive around. The combat is one of the best I've played. This game is totally worth the money and time. It's a blast from start to finish!

This game is perfect for: casual gamers
this game was a huge letdown to me personally. I spent months waiting for this game and this is all they offer. like most reviews you read, this game has good graphics.sometimes. the storyline was great but the feeling of the game was poor. but sometimes the story is hard to follow. there is nothing to do when you complete the game so i just traded this game for assassins creed 3 to my cousin and i like that better. hopefully GTA V will make a better game.

This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers
This is by far, The most fast paced, up beat, cinematic game i have ever played.
Graphics, phenomenal, sound, outstanding, story line, speculous.
The only minor complaint, is in some parts of the game, the words don't exactly match up with the mouth movement. (just my opinion)
But other than that, the game is crazy good.
We'll worth the cash.
But little did i know, there are DLC's out for it.
So im going to go and pick the mall up than im going to write another review.

i got this game on my birthday i was really glad i got this game. this game has excellent combat. so if your skin crawls from bones breaking like when you can break the enemies arm and or leg. after i beat this game i still have a lot of fun messing around afterwards.

Sleeping Dogs is like GTA in Hong Kong, very fun and multiple things to do. This game made me want to keep going till the very end, and I was always on the edge of my chair waiting for the next big thing. Achievements are awesome and they don't take long to unlock at all. The graphics are typical for this style of game and there was barely any lag or glitches. A must if you like GTA, RDR, Etc. Also very updated with DLC.

This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers
Let me start by saying this has its own identity. It does have a feel of a mix of gta, true crime, and saints row but it separates itself from the competition when it comes to moment to moment game play. The melee combat in it is like no other, the driving is magnificent especially being able to jump from car to car or better yet from bike to car, the shootouts are chaotic and has nice a slow mo that triggers when you get multiple headshots or vault from cover, the collectables actually give you in game items along with cash so your not just collecting to collect, and there is multiple scenes and outfits that pay homage to the like of hong kong action film stars like Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Tony Jaa, Andy Lau, Stephen Chow etc. To sum it up if your a fan of any open world, sandbox games, action films, or gritty police dramas then you must pick this up. Even if you dont like any of those then just rent it and i guarantee you will fall in love. I am tommy and i approve this messege

This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers
First let me start off by saying that i am a huge, and i mean huge fan of this game. First i'm going to start off with the pros. 1) the gameplay is brutal and very lovable. throwing people into dumpsters or into vending machines is just too fun. the melee in this game are just amazing too. 2)the sound in this game makes it feel alive and vibrant. i can feel the atmosphere of hong kong in my tiny room. there are also a good amount of side missions to keep you busy. now off to the cons.1) the gameplay is great....but only for a while. after a while you will get bored of the gameplay because of the same and same actions. 2) this game is also very buggy or glitchy. i've had to start all over a couple of times because i couldn't move wei at all but the game was still going. 3) this goes back to gameplay, the game gets kinda boring after you do the same actions over and over and over again. 4) the storyline is freaking EPIC. and maybe one of the best i've see in a while. it might not be original but originality doesn't matter in this game. this game will have you up on your toes looking behind your back to see if a guy is about to slicee you up with a clever. The only problem is that this game's storymore is really short and after a few times, you proably wouldn't want to play it again. well i'm getting lazy soo i'ma wrap this up. THIS GAME HAS IT'S FLAWS BUT IT'S TOO EPIC TO LET IT NOT BE PLAYED, EITHER RENT IT OR BUY IT AROUND $45 AND PLAY THIS GAME! YOU WILL LOVE IT. NOT FOR GAMERS WHO LOVE COMPLICATED CONTROLS.
