New Pokemon and Art Revealed!

This game looks even better! I just read up about Pancham, Helioptile, Gogoat, and Fletchling. We can now see a map of Kalos, the new region for X and Y. In the new trailer, they even have the male avatar riding on a Gogoat in Lumiose City! You can also change the appearance of both the girl and boy avatars, and travel all around in the 3D land of Kalos. It definitely appears to be based on France because of the architecture and the way the Lumiose City concept art looks. The new box art looks awesome, and I'm definitely going to pre-order this sometime. I'm still choosing Y instead of X because Yveltal looks cooler than Xerneas. But for me, the key to have a good Pokemon game, is to have creative Pokemon. Gen V was disappointing because there were Pokemon based on gears, garbage, and ghostly chandeliers. But so far, the revealed Pokemon look great.

This Game looks great, I have played since the beginning with Red, and Blue, so seeing all of this with the graphics it has now, and the capabilities you have in the game it's truly...amazing...to say the least, so far the pokemon look a lot better then Gen 5 did, and I really love this regions bird pokemon (Fletchling) the only thing right now I can say I'm worried about is the camera, there was a part or two in the trailer where the camera was a little slow when shifting directions, and I hope it's more of an overhead view like it was in the other pokemon games..

Pokemon is my all time favorite video game series of all time. Although b/w and b/w2 looked, played, sounded, and was overall a step forward in the 2d pokemon world games, it just wasn't enough. With X and Y, Pokemon is finally taking a huge step forward. I'm super excited for Pokemon X and Y, and I hope you are too.

Just Saying...

It's been confirmed that it's a new Mewtwo form. Many people have been complaining, but I'm not because I have an idea about this new form. In the next movie Extremespeed Genesect: Mewtwo's Reawakening, you have to remember that the moves he can learn in the game aren't exactly moves he can learn in the anime since he isn't taught TM's, and he is weak against Bug type and not very effective against Steel. Maybe this is like a Godspeed form or something that boosts his speed dramatically and lowers his Attack and Special Attack.

This game looks like its gonna be epic. I'm one of the people that still get a kick out of pokemon even though I probably should outgrow it. But why do we have to buy a whole new 3DS to play it? I'm happy with my DSi XL that i have (and that was expensive when it first came out) and I want to play this. I know it's probably too far into development to do it but you should come out with a non 3D version.

The Reason Why
Posted 5/10/13
Look, I know you, as well as many people out there, aren't big fans of change and upgrades, but it's truly the only way improvements can be made to already great gaming platforms. While I understand not all device upgrades are for the better, (DSi and PSP Go fell a bit flat) let me say from personal experience that the 3DS is a step in the right direction. Everyone has at least one reason to upgrade their platforms, whether it be for a game or just to be ahead of the curve. However, one fact remains the same. The 3DS is amazing, and the sales are proving that fact so. With DLC for games finally available, downloadable full-retail games on the e-shop, and not to mention the breath-taking 3D, the 3DS really is improving on what the DS initially made great. And if you don't like the 3D, simply flick it off with a switch and still reap all the other amazing benefits of the system. While I would normally tell people to rush out and buy it if they haven't already, for you I would say hold off. It's going to be a bit longer, but at some point, I can almost guarantee that they will have Limited Edition 3DS that come with Pokemon X/Y right out of the package. If Pokemon truly be your one reason for getting a 3DS, I suggest that be when you purchase it.

so, as you've probably heard by now, we are getting a fully 3d, handheld, pokemon adventure. It's going to involve all new pokemon such as Sylveon and "Mewthree". If any of you remember the fantastic games (Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD Gales of darkness) on gamecube, these games look even better than those. 'm glad that all the character models are brand new, as opposed to "HD" versions of all the character models from before. I also really love how these look more like the anime, it's a fitting art style. I'm definitely pre-ordering it.

I am hugging my 3ds right now because FINALLY the next pokemon arrives EXCLUSIVELY on the 3ds....IN FULL 3D. This is exactly what I wanted nintendo, I didnt want Grey like other people wanted on the 3ds, I wanted a brand new generation to introduce people to the underrated 3ds. I love this thing by the way. My only skeptisicm is that it is a pretty bold move, to release a game that was just announced this year, THIS YEAR, to also release in every single state simultaniously for the very first time. its a bold risk that I hope pays off.

Wow, this came pretty fast. A while ago, I was unsure about getting a 3DS XL, but after these games were announced, I got one. I think I'll be getting Pokemon Y, because Yveltal looks cooler. Not sure about which starter I'll choose. I really hope that they'll use some more creativity with this game. I was a little bit disappointed in Gen. V, because some of the Pokemon just didn't totally look like great Pokemon. We had some good ones in Gen. V, but they weren't as nice as Dragonite, Gengar, Arcanine, and some of the other old ones. But anyways, I still like playing my Pokemon games no matter what...

Pokemon has always been something that I have loved, so this might sound kind of biased. I've seen some of the reviews, and they have confirmed my suspicions.... This will be a bigger and better Unova game! It is almost first person now, and has better graphics and new Pokemon in it. Get it while you can!!

The Next Level In Pokemon Generations.

Through out all the Pokemon games, it has been boring 2D. Then they came out with the animated sprites in Black and White. I thought it was cool until I heard about this. 3D Pokemon is one of the best ideas since the 3DS.
