I LOVE Assassin's Creed. And i LOVE collecting. But there is no way im going to buy this run down version if the guys in the UK have the Black Chest edition. Why can't you get this Gamestop? I want to spend my money on something worth it. Just get that version and skip all the other stuff and you can keep the poster!

I'm just saying that they should have put the Aqullia as Edwards ship instead of the Jackdaw, other then that this game looks amazing especially because of the duel wield-able swords.

If We play as Edward Kenway in 1715 then who do we play as in the present? Desmond died in 2012 when he sacreficed his life to save the earth.

I've been with the Assassins Creed series since day one and I have to say that with each sequel fans have been happy in almost every shape or form. I do have to admit however that the ball was dropped a little because of Assassins Creed 3 ( it's not a bad game by any stretch of the imagination) and this game may seem rushed, but the same can be said for brotherhood and revelations, two great games, and I think this one is going to make up for 3 and even more!

As good as AC 3 was, which was breathtakingly good, an important part of the story was missing: the connection and emotional attachment to the protagonist. I loved the first three games as we got so connected, so immersed in the lives of Altair and Ezio where as with the time we had in AC 3 we were unable to get as deep with Connor. I hope that Black Flag addresses this. I also miss the amount of extra things to do that Brotherhood had aside from the main story arc. It would seem, according to official description, that there will be more to do in Black Flag than in AC3 and I am very excited for that.
The combat promises to be the best yet in the franchise and the dual wielding of Edward's cutlasses should prove to provide very intriguing combat experiences.
All in all, I am very glad that I have pre-ordered this game.

Now i believe Ubisoft need to take a few steps back and give us a game about the Asian Girl from the movie Embers on a console not a handheld like the did with Liberation not taking away from it is was a great game but an asian theme might help the series feel a little more world roundin

First off, I am a huge AC fan...been one since the beginning. I have to say that this game doesn't interest me at all. The theme is pretty cool, not going to lie, but half the gameplay is on a ship, REALLY NOW??? An assassin doesn't sit on a ship blowing up other ones. I just feel Ubisoft lost their way. They just haven't been the same since Ezio...

Sorry to everyone that is an AC fan (I used to be one). but this game is going to be rushed badly. I don't understand why companies do this, Honestly I have a feeling that this is just going to be dlc that ubi wanted to put in the game, but then decided "hey, why not package it and sell it for 60 bucks'? Just my opinion.

The story in AC3 wasn't that good. They gameplay was pretty fun, though. Connor wasn't as interesting as Ezio. I hope Ubisoft listened to all fan complaints and fixed all the problems AC3 had. I'm still wondering how they're going to continue the modern day storyline now the Desmond is dead. This game still looks interesting, though, and I'm looking forward to adding it to my Assassin's Creed collection.
