I'd definitely say that 2k Australia did a fine job capturing the same lightning in a bottle that Borderlands 1 and 2 had with this game. The new features and equipment add some interesting variety to what was already a great game. The only fault I have with the game is that it feels too much like Borderlands 2, but there is little that can be done here since this game is basically Borderlands 2 with a different story.

its a great sequel. its different enough to set it at the same level as the other two games. the game play is similar but the low gravity keeps it interesting

This game is perfect for: party gamers
No way is this a single player FPS game! Nope! But, if you have buddies and a lot'sa time to play then this is a good game. Same stuff as 2, and just not as good as the first one. You will need partners to stay in the fight and keep the game progressing. Otherwise, if your a lone player, expect to die a bunch! That means too much time just getting to where you were, and I don't have all that much time to waste on this kind of play. Looking forward to Far Cry 4 as 3 was great! One of the greatest games made cause you can re-play it over and over and each time you can do things differently and that's fun for me! Don't waste your money on buying any of the future games, rent first. I made the mistake of pre-ordering Destiny and it's a waste of time too. Same play over and over and over and over!!!! Boring!!

This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers
This Game is what some may call a huge $60 DLC for Borderlands 2. However its different in many ways. I'll Start out with the cons. Pros: My first gripe with the game is in the state I bought it in the game was full of glitches. Cutscenes won't play any dialog. Spawning glitches everywhere and more. Many of these bosses in the game DO NOT RESPAWN. This possibly was done to promote people to use the new grinder machine. This is leading people to go on websites and look for what these bosses possibly drop. EX: The Seconded Courier drops the shooting star. If he does not drop it you will need to ALT-F4 and reload the game to kill him again. This has to be done with many of the fun bosses or you may do the same thing in TVHM. I have had more frustrating things however I can't think of them off hand. Pros: The story of Handsome Jack is very well told through the story and in the end you have some sympathy for him. The element of low gravity and oxygen and unique elements of gameplay. all the characters classes are fresh and fun. So far I will say Claptrap is my favorite. When you can HEAR the dialog the characters interacting in a interesting way and uniquely. Legendary drop way more often to my experience. The "Baddies" as Janey Springs would say are somewhat repetitive but are fun to fight. There are as I know 2 raid bosses 1 hidden and 1 that is given to you to kill. I could go on however i will say my FINAL VERDICT. 2/5 until the cutscene glitch is fixed and bosses respawn. This is because it takes away the joy and some replayability. 4.25/5 once these are fixed. I would recommend this to a HARDCORE borderlands fan in this state of game not for the casual consumer atm. Games Recomended Below i suggest getting during a steam summer sale.
