This game is perfect for: kid gamers
To call this a halo game is to make the whole series look shameful, 343 seemingly created another call of duty game with the looks of halo. Graphics and action will only take a game so far, with lack of story and unoriginal gameplay Halo 4 is not recommended for true gamers, or halo fans. The multiplayer is similar to COD in many ways, it generates unfair gameplay, OP weapons and no skill required, the only requirement in this game is to have a high level than other players, and a bigger and better gun. Some other features that seem like COD is the fact of creating class/loadout giving the high up rankers a big advantage for the lower ranks since they can buy (with spartan points similar to black ops 2's unlock tokens.) armor upgrades and weapons, rather in other halo games where you would usually spawn with the same weapon as your enemy and have to scavenge for weapons across the map, forcing you to memorize where weapons are, unlike that in halo 4 you get the COD equivalent of care packages called ordinance drops creating an atmosphere of randomness, since (if gotten enough kills) can said player drop anywhere giving the player no purpose of going through the map to memorize strategic points where weapons spawn, the list goes on. My recommendation is to buy the original games from Bungie from Halo 3, to even the lowly game of Reach.

This probably my favorite Halo game. The campaign is really fun. Although very short. But has a really good story. Also has a phenoumenal multiplayer. It's fun to play by yourself, but with friends, it's like jumping on a pile of money (not really). Totally worth your money.

the campain and music is intense and all around mind blowing and takin a great step of faith and it paid off the graphics are beautiful the story was breathtakin and the music is perfect seriously get the soundtrack the new mode sparton ops is cool and fun and has a great story also bringing in new weapons was neat and the multiplayer maps were neat and graphically cool ok now this is wear all the praise ends
this is call of halo now get use to it or you may like mchalo chose the noob way
unless you like being a n00b and never played any other real halo game before then you prob will like this game and will say you suck ateam you dont know what a real game is or there is nothin wrong with this game or this game is the best of the series...... and so on...... the multiplayer is n00b friendly plain and simple
the maps are made to use sprint you can tell if you look at the lockout/blackout remake it is mega huge
the maps look good like i said before and are nice maps but really not and really nice big team battle maps except vahalla and exile
team snipers is stupid unless you get either vahalla or exile or complex its sad other maps to small
they fixed it now but before random playlist no swat no doubles no snipers kinda lame
servers were horrible but seem like gettin better now
just like alot of games sometimes hittin a guy in the chest/neck area with a gun will count as a headshot

ok thats not all but that should give you a headsup
i recommend buy used and give back after you beat campian and spartan ops if you lookin for a good halo game to play multiplayer get halo 3 there are ways to play halo 2 online still i hear so there another one

I really liked the game... But there are only 2 things that ruined the game for me... 1. The fact that they killed off cortana after all that you went through to retrieve her in Halo 3. Otherwise, the game was great.

Halo 4 is not a good game for the story. The graphics felt worse then Halo Reach and Halo 3. After Halo 4 i will not buy another halo game again! if you are going to get a Halo game get Halo Reach and Halo 3. Halo 4 for me is more for online than story.

the campain is awesome and the music is great i can listen to the main screen song forever its awesome
spartan ops was cool i like it there doin great there keep it up and release more seasons
multiplayer is a bust just like reach to me this is call of halo (i will use this now on lol) ok ordanance drops = care packages
vehicles are stupid for 2 reasons everyone runs with plasma pistal and hit some one full speed with ghost = no death but barely tap some one there dead also direct hit with tank shot no death
horrible servers but there gettin better i belive not as bad as before
also no rank i was hoping that would come back i like being able to have a 50 in team snipers also whats with no camo orbs or no overshield orbs which is what teams would talk and have stradigy going into a match now its ok either vehicle or rush kill thats it no rush to overshield or rush to camo
ok since halo is now like mcdonalds have it your way ( loadouts) people have now lost skill you use to have to work for your kills work for stealin a vehicle now you can just plasma pistal with your loadout remember magnums anyone halo 2 and halo 3 people needed skill now all you need is armor abilities and loadouts............also remember when in halo if you caught your team mates with a plasma pistal you would rag them........also remember they did no beta testin for this game now you know why.........halo 4= n00b friendly

I had my thoughts about this one. Moving to a new developer is not something seen all the time. Risking it, I preordered it and loved it. It's my favorite of the series. The campaign was the best for me with great storyline though Cortana sometimes becomes annoying. Then when you finish it you still have multiplayer mode and Spartan Ops. Multiplayer is what keeps this game going after campaign and sure showed why. So getting Halo 5 after a masterpiece like this.

This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers
In my opinion I thought this game was a great Halo game especially if you have a friend playing with you . It had amazing graphics and campaign was action packed and was very entertaining. This games lasting appeal will keep you up for hours especially if you play over Xbox Live. Now they changed up the controls a little but I liked it better than any previous Halo and thought they were much easier so that was a good improvement. 363 Industry also improved their online multiplayer by adding new modes, armor, and allowing you to personalize weapon loadouts. the online multiplayer is more entertaining. Sound was also great. Overall this game was a huge improvement and worth picking up especially if you are a fan of Halo games.it is good for hardcore and party gamers. So stepped it up from previous Halo games for sure!
